Great location, but it takes some time to go up and down by lift as there are only 2 lifts.

Good location and friendly service, comfy beds, but unfortunately black grime (mold?) in the master bedroom shower and the hot water was uneven. Drainage not good in the showers and sinks. View was great, good base but needs improvement.

Thank you to the staff and management of the Grand Dafam Braga Hotel. When our parents needed emergency assistance in the middle of the night, the receptionist and security team swiftly helped us take our mother to the nearest hospital. We consider it a truly memorable experience. Thank you.

The room is clean, the food is varied.

There are small things that need improvement. For example, slippers and laundry bags were not provided in the room. Check-in time was apparently in the afternoon, around 2-3 PM. Housekeeping's response to opening the balcony was very late. Even though I had confirmed it at the initial check-in, there was no news until reconfirmation around 7 PM. And only then was the balcony key given. The breakfast menu was actually quite good. However, in terms of taste, some of the dishes were less special. It was still inferior to other hotels with the same star rating and price. Apart from that, everything was fine. The service was extra friendly, and the staff was also friendly. The location is great if you want to walk around Braga. The balcony view is beautiful. Car parking is secure (there is a private area) and there is no fear of not getting a share. Parking is included. The room was super comfortable. Overall, I was satisfied with my vacation here. If I have the chance, I would return here again.

The hotel's location is perfect on Jl. Braga, with everything conveniently located, and it's connected to Braga Citywalk. The breakfast menu is comprehensive and delicious, and the rooms are clean and fragrant. Most importantly, the air conditioning is very cool, making it very comfortable. Check-in was pretty quick, and we were informed that our room was ready. As for breakfast, I'm sorry to say it wasn't very varied. The toiletries for the condotel type, like soap and shampoo, were a bit lacking for three people.

My 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable, with two condotel rooms. The hotel is connected to a mall, but access was easy, especially since I had my disabled parents with me. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a bit disappointing to have to check out early in the morning due to a soccer championship event.

The vibe is like a 90s hotel, a bit gloomy, especially in the hallways. It's clean enough, but the bathroom needs improvement. It seems like it hasn't been deep cleaned often, as there were worms coming out of the drain. The room is spacious and complete with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff are friendly, but the breakfast menu is lacking in variety, unlike other 4-star hotels. The swimming pool is clean. The main attraction of this hotel is its location above Braga City Walk.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a spacious, comfortable, affordable hotel on Jalan Braga. My parents and I stayed here with three of us, and we chose Grand Dafam because of its proximity to various culinary and exciting spots in Braga, Bandung. Use Jalan Suniaraja to avoid traffic jams on Jalan Braga.
