In front of Bandung square, it's a comfortable place, the only minus is there's no storage space for clothes.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, although there was a problem with the jet shower closet, but it was immediately fixed and could be used again. The TV is also a Smart TV, but if you want to watch Netflix, there is no account provided by the hotel. The app says there is a hair dryer provided, but there was none in the room. But that's okay, I enjoyed my stay there. The view is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable.

I stayed for one night. Just for a quick escape, a ride on the Woosh with the kids, then went home the next day. In the evening, around 7 pm, there was a knock on my door by the room service staff. Luckily, my door was locked, because I was really traumatized by a similar incident at a hotel in Lombok, where the door was opened while I was taking a shower (I was screaming and crying). The hotel employee received a 3rd SP from the incident. Luckily, at this hotel, I was just sitting packing my suitcase right in front of the door. What I regret is that there should be an SOP to knock at least three times and wait to make sure there is no answer from inside, even if the excuse is the wrong room, but as far as I know (since my incident at the Lombok hotel, that's the SOP). I have reported this incident to the FO.

I've stayed here several times, it's nice.

Stayed for two nights in two rooms. The first night, a baby cockroach climbed onto the mattress in the first room. The second night, a bedbug crawled out of the mattress and pillows in the second room, and the bathroom door frequently jammed. It was a real shame about the hotel's lack of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is closest to the center of the square.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

Everything was good. The hotel's location was within walking distance of Braga Walk. The price was reasonable. The staff overall were polite and very helpful, except for the staff at the breakfast reception. I showed my booking, which clearly included breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. The staff acted as if they didn't believe me, asking me to take a photo of my booking. Until the third time, the staff finally acknowledged the booking was correct, but they didn't even apologize for making a hotel guest uncomfortable. Everything else made for a memorable stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always greets us whenever we meet. The service is excellent, and the location is also very strategic, just walking distance to Braga and Asia Afrika. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast, from the main course to the dessert, is super delicious (a must try). Absolutely the best, I will stay here again next time I visit Bandung.
