Unit kurang bersih, sehingga timbul bau yang kurang sedap. AC nya sangat berisik. Selimutnya sudah mulai koyak & kulit sofanya banyak yang sudah mengelupas.

I am quite satisfied staying at this Arsakha Property unit. According to the budget, yes. Just fine for people who want to be alone and just want to have a vacation. Facilities are ok, cleanliness is ok, everything is ok. The service is very friendly. Next time will come here again.

AC is not cold. filthy, there is a dead cockroach. The toilet is broken not flush. Very hot. Not a recommendation.

Mattresses and rooms are in dire need of replacement and renovation. Because it's so outdated. Sheets that are stringy and have holes and are worn out, super dirty and crumbly pillows, no trash can, broken shower, no water heater, hot water dispenser doesn't work, gas stove that can't be used, no wifi, if it rains heavily there was quite a lot of leakage in the main bedroom and wet the bed. The best thing about this apartment is the very low price.

In terms of the room, it's okay, it's just okay, the balcony is dirty, the mattress is also a bit cramped.

Nice place to spend with your partner

There are no towels, imagine you are taking a shower but afterwards there are no towels, mineral water, TV remote, and one of the windows has no curtain. There is a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom without hot water. The only air conditioner is installed outside the bedroom. Forced to sleep the room was opened. There is a sofa, gas stove, sink, and glass plates. He said there was already a towel in the morning, it turned out that there was no one until checkout. The building is very poorly maintained and the road from the parking lot to the check-in place has no directions. Parking is calculated per hour, motorbikes are hit by 25k one night. There are many other places that are more decent and cheaper than this. thank you
