It's great that the hotel is located at the A2 bus stop from Don Mueang Airport, making travel to and from the airport very convenient. It's easy to get from the hotel to the airport and wait for the bus, ensuring you won't miss your flight. It saves a lot on transportation costs, especially for those going to concerts at Impact Arena. The hotel is also close to the Muang Thong shuttle bus stop and the BTS Skytrain, very convenient. There's a shopping mall in the hotel area too, which is great. The rooms are clean, the water pressure is strong, there's no musty smell, the air conditioning works well, and the rooms have windows.

The hotel is old, so the design is very poor and inconvenient. The open bathroom and sink in the living area, separate from the bedroom, is very inconvenient and affects the interior. The worst part was when water overflowed into the bedroom while showering; I recorded a video of it. It was terrible in that damp room, and the refrigerator wasn't cold. The only good thing is the location near the noodle shop. However, it's very inconvenient because taxis can't pick you up directly, even though they can get there, they have to take a complicated detour, so they usually drop you off on the street and you have to walk. And if you're bringing suitcases, you'll have to carry heavy loads up the stairs because you have to use the stairs to cross the road.

The staff are enthusiastic, attentive, and always helpful to guests. The hotel's location is convenient, with direct access to the subway and the adjacent shopping mall.

The room was a good size, close to the BTS, with a direct connection to a mall, making travel convenient. The air conditioning worked well, but needed to be lowered; 25 degrees was too hot, so I had to set it down to 22-23 degrees. The bed was comfortable, the only downside was that I booked a room with two large single beds, but the hotel put two smaller beds together, creating a gap in the middle. This caused the bed to sag when I slept, which was bad for my back. Cleanliness and amenities were good, everything I needed was there. However, the room wasn't soundproof; other rooms' doors were noisy. Overall, it was good value for money, convenient location, and I would stay there again.

I accidentally booked 2 different types of rooms, but they have supported us so much to handle this issue. I really appreciate it and it really made my day.

The rooms are reasonably sized and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, right next to Victory Hub, so you don't have to worry about finding food. It's also close to the train station, making transportation easy. However, the toilet isn't very airtight, the refrigerator isn't cold, and the TV doesn't have internet access.

I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I return to Bangkok.

The accommodation is very convenient to travel to. You can walk from the skytrain connection through the mall to enter the hotel. Moreover, from the accommodation, you can travel anywhere conveniently because it is in the city center near public transportation.

Irrational charge for blanket. Booked on traveloka and request for 2 rooms with one double bed and 1 room with twin beds and got only 1 big bed each room. When requested for blanket charge extta 1000 bath? It’s like 1 night at another same hotel. Service is bad in general, dont feel welcome at all
