The Room was very clean with a small shopping mall next to the property, service from check in to checkout was quick and professional. My only compliment: The Jacuzzi water temperature wasn't that hot and I had no clue how to change it but I was too wet and lazy to ask for assistance.

My family was making a 8 hour trip and this was the half way point for us. We have stayed in many hotels and this by far was on the top of our list. We have a 2 year old and a 1 month old and this was the perfect place. Breakfast was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. Very good food. My wife cant eat gluten or drink milk and still it was able to satisfy her for breakfast with no issue at all. If we ever make thos trip again, we will for sure stay here. Very good place with great service.

The rooms were beautiful. Cleaning staff was great. The only thing i didnt like was having to oay for parking. Everyhtijgbekse was beautiful and amazing. Id definitely stay there again

Don't bothering going to this hotel. I told the hotel that I already paid for the hotel and they told me that this is temporarily hold on my credit card and then I noticed that I got charged and then I came back home and contact orbitz and they said they won't refund my refund. What are the reasons to charge me twice. Is this behavior legal?

Best hotel in city....Staff and management need training. Never told at check in rooms are not cleaned unless requested. (Different policy than same chain we stayed at 2 weeks ago.) Sinks fill and don't drain leaving disgusting mess. After requesting room be tended to housekeeping garbage not removed and nothing cleaned but they left 7 or 8 bottles of shampoo (room had none).) Valet services brought guest wrong car as we waited then took 10 minutes to pay due to card machine not working. GM and staff will respond to guests complaints by complaining to you about conditions and other people complaining to them. Interesting guest service tactic! Food was good but service terrible. Got an English menu but had to translate because servers don't speak English! Stay and be prepared for an adventure.

My experience at Novotel Criciuma was wonderful, I can recommending anyone who travels to Criciuma to stay in this new, confutable, very clean and pleasant hotel. Also, I can give high rate for every staff has been working during my stay. "The greatest staff ever!":)

Silencioso

Hotel novo, quarto confortável e silencioso, bom café da manhã, ótimo atendimento. Pontos de melhoria: travesseiros muito pouco consistentes, tecido áspero. Box do banheiro escorregadio, precisa de um tapete antiderrapante pra não haver risco de acidentes. São pequenos detalhes fáceis de ajustar.

Infelizmente não segue o padrão Novotel em relação à limpeza. Piso sujo, paredes riscadas, toalhas muito simples e manchadas, portas e box empoeirados, áreas comuns sujas.

Um hotel 4 estrelas

Muito bom os quartos, confortável e limpo. A opção de restaurante dentro e bar faz a diferença. Café muito bom e com opções sem glutem. Atendimento cortês. Única ressalva é sobre as águas do frigobar. Garrafas com gosto e cheiro forte de tinta plástica, são ecológicas e recicláveis, mas não deu para consumir, fiquei com o gosto de tinta na garganta tarde toda.

Check in rápido e objetivo. Quarto muito bom e silencioso. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Penso que o estacionamento não deveria ser cobrado a parte.

Excelente hotel no estilo executivo, com um ótimo café da manhã,continentalinclusive ítens sem gluten e sem lactose. É ao lado do Shopping e uma ótima opção pra quem está em trânsito.

O restaurante não é uma opção excelente. Nem o shopping que fica ao lado oferece boas opções gastronômicas. Não tem piscina, muito menos térmica, como seria de se esperar. Fica afastado do centro, portanto, isolado de outros atrativos.

Desta vez o Novotel Criciúma deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto. Tive que trocar inicialmente devido a má condição do banheiro e o novo quarto não estava bem limpo. Não é o padrão Novotel.
