Not bad

This affordable hotel is a great choice to stay since it is next to the Komatsu station and the room itself is compact, but fully functional. Though the noise isolation was not good, my "neighbours" were accompanying and made minimal noise.

It was a nice traditional Japanese hotel and the onsen (hot spring bath) was fantastic.

The toilets. As tourists from America were not used to the toilets and we found that to be pretty fascinating even though it's common for you guys throughout Japan. We appreciate it. The cleanliness room service was good. Breakfast was different from what we're used to eating but it was nice. It was healthy. It was fresh and convenient

너무나 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 고마츠 역에서 걸어서 30초 걸리는 거리는 너무 무더운 날씨에 최적의 거리였습니다. 출장 마지막 날의 1박이라서 너무 아쉬웠지만, 멋진 일본 출장을 마무리하는데 멋진 숙소였습니다.

Good breakfast, environment is very good , near by JR station.

部屋のエアコンがカビくさくて滞在中は窓を開けて過ごしました。それ以外は満足です、また利用したいです。

Surprisingly spacious, robot hotel, hoping to come back one day again, staff had bern very helpful.

部屋の最初の設定温度が高いのか暑く、寝ている時に暑くて寝苦しかった。もちろん自分で設定温度を変えたら良かったのだが、寝ていた為面倒に感じてしまっていた。 部屋に入った時になんだか少し変わった匂いがしたのでがっかりでした。

Clean and great staff

Amazing hotel, great staff, spotless and clean

This is the second time I have stayed here ( 2 weeks both times), staff are all amazing, thank you to the cleaning staff who work so hard to keep everything perfect. Thanks to reception staff for great friendly service. See you again in 2025.

The air conditioning unit in one of our rooms continuously made a loud sound throughout the night and one person in my group couldn’t sleep at all. The rest of the hotel was amazing.
