Staff was amazing.

My first impression was a 5-star stay: The check in was easy, the facilities were clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, filtered water and a kettle. However, it wasn't until we went to bed that we realized the pods were nothing more than fancy plastic boxes stacked on top of each other. There was very little sound insulation and you can hear everything outside your box. We were in the bottom pod and just like being in bunk beds, you can hear/feel whenever someone in the top pod moves. The worst part was that there was no a/c in the pods, just a little fan. So once inside, it quickly became quite hot. We ended up sleeping with our pod door cracked open. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper or just staying 1 night. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is clean and private, but this is not good kind of capsule hotel. It only offer the box and nothing else. The box has very little air circulation and I could hear everything from outside and I felt uncomfortable just being in the box. I poured juice inside and it was another nightmare. I felt a bad person just asking for getting a new sheets. It is a young traveller who wants to get an experience for the capsule box (not the real one) for over price. I would not use this again.

Excellent location, next to Metro/subway. Close to Carrefour Market and Lidl grocery stores. Surrounding area quite picturesque.

All in all, it is the location what makes this place a good choice. It is what is says in the tin. Personally, I prefer it to a bunk bed in a hostel because of privacy when you are in your "box" and epscially in vovid times. It is ckean and pleasant.

El personal muy amable! Super contenta con ello. Sin embargo, hay días en los que la temperatura de la cápsula no se regula bien y hace bastante frío (hablo del mes de diciembre), pero aún así podrían poder poner la calefacción para poder dormir mejor. La insonorización de la misma es bastante buena, en comparación con otros hostales de cápsulas en los que he estado. Y la limpieza muy buena en general. Recomendable si además quieres estar en pleno centro de Madrid ☺️

Hostel muito bem localizado. Muito limpo, muito organizado. Banheiros sempre estavam limpos, a cozinha e área de convivência também estavam muito organizado e limpo. A cápsula de casal fica em um quarto com 4 unidades. Banheiro anexo bem grande. Demos sorte de ter somente 2 meninas em outra cápsulas e eram bem quietas. Vale muito a experiencia, ficamos 3 noites e valeu a pena. Ae você levar azar de pegar alguém chato
