The room was very nice and clean. I was surprised at how good the buffet was because it was included in the price.

What a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly snd efficient. Hreeted with cheery smiles whenever you encountered them. Thr room was great and when my plans unexpectedly changed, they kept me in my room gor the extra night. The hotel is close to town and a nice stroll. Will stay here again.

Fantastic rooms when you make it that far, after the authoritarian receptionist and Hotel car park policies, even though he contradicted himself. Motorcyclists, stay away, very unsympathetic to parking.

Not impressed with the price point for an average Hotel. Over £ 280 which is excessive for Hotel outside London. The water pressure in my room was terrible!! Where was the hot water!? Lot of money wasted at his hotel! Never again! I asked for a reduction, and that went of Deaf ears!! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels especially with this chain, never again, rip off!!

Great location and clean hotel. Parking is the only problem. Please make sure you call before you visit otherwise you will not be able to park at the hotel.

Good location from station, very good breakfast choices. Mattress a bit too springy and duvet quite thin but very good value for money overall. Would stay again

Staff , rooms and facilities all excellent, limited food options in the evening unless you went out.

I was given a room on arrival that was already occupied. I was told I couldn’t park at the hotel notwithstanding I have a blue badge. After the room mixup was sorted out I was told I could park. The occupants of the wrong room were given completely wine. We’re not I was charged £12.50 to park

Modern and clean hotel, but limited parking spaces let it down as one has to park at another car park within 10 min walking distance. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the staff are friendly and professional. The twin beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice with the room and bathroom providing well designed ammenities

Overall the stay was pleasant but not too keen on the extra charge for use of the carpark
