This was a beautiful hotel tucked away in the heart of Xilitla it was very convenient because the Edward James Garden was walkable just down the road. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the restaurant at the property had wonderful staff and food.

It is a nice hotel, safe, convenient... there is a restaurant, a pool and parking. Rooms are fine, beds are comfy the only thing was the toilet, and there was no tv. No elevators, just stairs to the rooms. I will stay here again anyway becayse of how comfy I was.

The hotel is close to the Edward James gardens but not to anything else. The restaurant is fairly limited in its offerings. There were several families there at the time and the noise carried into our room.

Great location and the restaurant is very nice. The room is clean and spacious. The heater is a big plus as we were there during the cold day. Unfortunately, the hot water doesn’t work and the toilet is clogged. The manager checked the hot water but it still didn’t work. We were not able to take showers.

Me gusto el Hotel en cuanto a diseño, bonita vista, comodo No me gusto que al llegar a Registrarme no habia nadie, estubimos hablando, subimos la vos y nadie escuchaba a los 20 min se asomo una Sra de intendencia muy amable por cierto y me dijo que no habia nadie en la administracion que Ella daría las llaves de habitacion, unos minutos despues aparecio la persona encargada con muy mala actitud, se quejo que dias anteriores tubieron mucho trabajo y por eso no habia personal, que estaban descansando, pero nada atenta

Hermoso lugar rodeado de naturaleza. Respecto al servicio, todo excelente. Recomiendo.

La vista a las montañas desde la habitacion es la que hace que valga mucho la pena, la limpieza está bien a secas, lo malo es el servicio prácticamente no hay atención al cliente, cualquier cosa que se requiera se batalla, y te cobran hasta un vaso con hielo

La habitación estuvo muy bonita, el hotel está rodeado de naturaleza así que hubo un pájaro que estuvo picando la puerta de cristal desde las 6 de la mañana. Por otro lado está cerca de el castillo de Edwar Edwar James.

Recomendación TV, y ver mejoras en el agua caliente ya que no duraba casi nada en habitacion inferior bromelia

El hotel en si es precioso y en excelente ubicación. Tiene buen restaurante y servicio Pero el inodoro o toilet esta defectuoso emana gases y olores. Eso es incomodo
