Stayed here for a holiday and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. We stayed in the Beachfront Suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The beach was right in front of our room, so we could step out and walk straight to the shore anytime we wanted. The atmosphere felt so serene and magical, especially during sunset. During our stay, there were only a few guests around, which made it even more peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was good overall, although we do wish there had been more options that cater to Indonesian tastes. Most of the dishes seemed to be adjusted more toward international or foreign guests, at least in our opinion. The location is also quite secluded, so there aren’t many nearby warungs or places within walking distance. Depending on what you’re looking for, that can either be a plus or a minus.

It's good, but unfortunately when I went there I was told to check out at 11 because there was a wedding, so I felt really rushed.

A 2-day staycation at Amber. The room was spacious, with a sofa in the back for relaxing, a smart TV so you can watch Netflix😁, and the Wi-Fi was very fast👍 The breakfast was delicious, especially the wide selection of sourdoughs. I loved it👍 For dinner, there were barbecue packages, fish, shrimp, clams, squid, and chicken. Just choose which package you want. It's quite far from the city, about 2 hours. The area is still quiet, so it's difficult to get around without transportation. When I arrived at the beach around 1:00 PM, the tide was high, so the water was dirty. When sunset approached, around 5:00 PM, the water was clear. The beach isn't exactly clean white sand; there are a few pebbles and, unfortunately, a bit dirty with plastic waste🥹, even though there are still few settlements. The best sunset is between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, the sky is really beautiful👍 The sunset isn't the one where the sun sets over the sea, but the sun sets over the hill.

Nice view & quiet surroundings. Best place to relax in Lombok

I had the best time in Amber, so I brought my friends again for a second time short after! The hotel is beautiful, the views are serene, the staff is so incredibly friendly and the food is amazing! Wow! Great location and very quiet, all of the rooms are nicely appointed. All of the food was outstanding. The staff were overly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, what to do, where to go, and how to get there. The Jamu station on the entrance to the breakfast buffet was a particular favorite of mine. The chef was happy to talk to me and discuss the dishes, some recipes, and cooking methods so I could replicate all these and try to get back home. I tried some Indonesian dishes that I've never even heard of and they were both flavorsome and fresh. Bravo Amber⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's truly a great place for a staycation, comfortable, complete, clean, quiet, the food is worth it, the breakfast buffet is delicious, the staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Izi, who is very helpful at the restaurant.

All the staff are attentive and friendly. The food is also quite delicious. Breakfast is now not just a la carte. There's also a buffet. My last time here in 2023 was only a la carte and coffee was paid. Now everything is free. I've had a very memorable time at Amber. Thank you.

A complete package for healing from the routine... The atmosphere is serene, and the beach behind the hotel is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the breeze, and there's a swimming pool too. All the staff are friendly. This is a hotel for those who don't feel like going anywhere, as there are no restaurants or food stalls nearby, so you eat and drink at the hotel. 😄

Aesthetic tropical design with a taste of simplicity. Sea and beach front is a plus point for the hotel. Gorgeous sunset!!! The most commendable would be the staff friendliness and their hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and was quick to learn our names, which made the experience very personal. We had a few little things that weren’t quite right, and the staff was very fast to make it absolutely perfect every time. We stayed 2 days and then extended our stay. If you want to chill in style, this is a strong recommendation.

This resort is the perfect choice for those of you who need healing. With a quiet private beach and an ambiance that feels like an ‘escape’ to another world, the atmosphere is truly relaxing. Indeed, there is no other entertainment besides enjoying the beach, but that is what makes many foreign guests fall in love. The only drawback is probably the lack of large mirrors in the rooms. Otherwise, it’s a quiet luxury kind of stay.

Perfect Place to Escape! One of the best resorts in Lombok, even in our opinion staying there for 2 nights is not enough. This resort provides the best rooms, delicious food, unexpected facilities, and fantastic views. The calm atmosphere of the resort made us feel more at home staying here, we even got the Sun Rise and Sun Set spots in the same spot. In the morning watching the sunrise, while in the afternoon waiting for the sunset. Our family also agreed to visit this resort again when we spend our vacation in Lombok again. I stayed in the Beachfront Ocean View room type. The location of this hotel is quite far from the crowd but the view and the beach are very nice. The service is quite satisfying. The food is also very good.

I stayed 2 nights with disappointment, I had put up a board to clean the room but until the afternoon my room was not cleaned. Not according to the expectations on social media

I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel has direct beach access where you can enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of nature, as the surrounding area is still not very crowded. The room is very comfortable and has a simple architecture and design, which makes us feel comfy at all times. The breakfast offers both buffet and ala carte options where you can select several additional food aside from the main buffet options. Although I feel that they could have more varieties in the breakfast menu, the fried meehoon and smoothie are amazing. Although some of the staff were quite busy and could not give quick service, it is still tolerable in my opinion, as they quickly address the issue once we contacted the front desk staff. To conclude, if you are looking for a place to get away from the crowd and chill with your family or even alone, this is definitely your best option. I hope I can come back here again someday.

That's our third visit since 2022 and our experience keeps getting better. This time we came 4 nights and booked the loft which was perfect with our 2 kids. We love this hotel. Maybe to improve, the breakfast menu could be reviewed and changed because it's a bit boring day after day, but apart from that it was great.
