Booked a hotel on the spur of the moment due to the rain in Puncak, thankfully we found Grha Kasih Hotel, which was quite affordable, but the hotel staff was very friendly, the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The hot water worked well, and there was breakfast. The only downside was the bed was a bit noisy. This hotel doesn't have air conditioning, but for my husband and I it wasn't a problem, but fans are provided if you need them. Next to it are rice fields, which makes for a nice view.

Check in was really late due to the incredible traffic jam, but the staff was okay, still friendly, only because of the super late check in, we got a room without a TV, ran out of hotel slippers, didn't get an electric kettle, luckily there was a dispenser in the lobby, it was just a hassle going back and forth. Then what was disappointing was that the swimming pool couldn't be used. The breakfast was pretty good... So far so good.

The staff is friendly, and the hotel area is clean and well-maintained. There are no TVs or air conditioning in the rooms, but there are a TV, a water dispenser, and a selection of magazines, comics, and novels in the common area. The peaceful atmosphere makes for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is only for children, there's no adult pool. Hopefully, the facilities will be better and more complete in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, but some corners of the room are not very clean. Access is quite far from the main road, but the view is good.

I stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, with 4 people in one room. It was comfortable and clean, especially since the view from the room was really cool, cool even though it didn't have AC, but for that price, I think AC and TV should have been included in the facilities. The swimming pool is also very small so only children under 5 years old can swim even though the resort area is very spacious. It would be great if even adults could join in swimming. For the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, I give a thumbs up👍

I got a twin room, but I thought I'd get a single bed. There's no TV or AC. Maybe it's because of the room type. But I checked the next room and they had a TV. lol If there's no AC, it's probably because the temperature is already cool, so it's not needed. The place is pretty clean.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good, the water heater works well, the sheets, towels are clean and fragrant. the shortcomings are in facilities such as TV, where there is no TV in the room, there is a TV in the public area, but unfortunately the channels that can be watched are only a few local channels, for me personally it is helped by the presence of a bookshelf with a variety of book choices.. this is good.. it is rare for a hotel to have books that can be read. And also for breakfast, please make it more varied. so too with the swimming pool, hopefully in the future you can make a bigger pool (because the area has an empty place for the pool hehehe) Hopefully Grha Kasih will be better in the future. keep the good work.. 🙏🏻😊
