The room booked does not match the one in the application. There are no toiletries such as toothbrush soap and toothpaste. Very disappointing!

Baru masuk baunya sangat tidak bersahabat, aku ga bisa tidur semalaman. Lantainya agak licin

Kalo untuk kamar oke, pas dapet bersih, tapi untuk keset di kamar ga ada, terus untuk pembersihan kamar itu gak ada info mau dibersihkan tidak, terus buat parkir juga tidak diinfokan bisa distempel, jadinya nginep di situ beberapa hari jebol di bayar parkir, buat resepsionisnya kurang kasih info banget. Terus untuk harga early check in aja kena 50 ribu dan tidak ada kuitansi/notanya.

Every time I come here I've never been given a tissue. The room is also not a studio. Always diksih the side of the road.

Check in time 14.00 we arrived @19.00 but room still not ready keep us to wait and room doesn't have pray mate and no pray area the whole building which is really sad the most frustrating things when they say room not ready even we arrived @19.00 instead of 14.00 really it ' s bad experience ever I had.

Fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang di iklan kan. Kamar tidak sesuai yang di share. Di iklan ada kolam renang, ternyata tidak ada, tidak ada handuk. Kamar sempit sekali dan pelayanannya buruk.

Kurang puas dan sedikit kecewa, karena disuruh nambah duit lagi karena alasan penginapan cuma untuk transit 6 jam, kudu di upgrade padahal jelas-jelas di deskripsi check in 14.00 dan check out 12.00, hadeh kasur bantal bau apek, ada bercak darah, handuk tidak ada, dan semoga yang mau pilih tempat ini mending ditanya dari awal deh apa aja fasilitasnya, maaf ya karena ini pengalaman pertama di sini.

The sheets are really dirty, there is no mat, the hot water is off, ask to replace the new gapu sheets.

The room is dirty, the bed linen smells like it has never been replaced, the body sleeps itchy. Lots of dust like never been swept.

I was charged again, I thought 155k was full day, apparently the customer said it was only for 6 hours even though in the description it was one day, please let me know if there are any changes, the application says the stay period is 5-6 June 2022, it turned out that it was right until the location was allowed to be charged again, please no PHP please. There is even a pillow that doesn't use a cover that doesn't match the picture.

Bad covers and blankets have dried blood spots, I've moved rooms, it's the same thing, even on the mattress there are marks like dried sperm.

The bathroom smells of urine, and the sheets are musty.

1. The place is dirty, the sheets have lots of spots. 2. Dead water. 3. The guard is not responsive. 4. The guard is not friendly. 5. Signal is difficult. 6. Reality does not match the photo.
