Hard to find the hotel from the street, room is just too small, not confortable. Need to pay for parking, park space is externally small, walk from parking lot to room is confusing

Small room but comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was average.

I wish there were other eating places close by

Cama bem boa, localização incrível, e apesar de sempre limpo, tive a impressão de que havia sempre funcionárias limpando os quartos no corredor e fazendo muito barulho. A área de passar também é um quartinho isolado e sujo e a piscina estava em manutenção o tempo todo.

Comfortable

I loved the localization and the staff's attention. Everything was clean and new.

Very small rooms. Bad location six to seven blocks far from the beach. Bad restaurant and bar service.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

It’s what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Professional staff and well maintained property. I’m actually thinking about renting an apartment on the higher floors when I get back to Brazil.

O hotel atingiu as expectativas. O único defeito é que o salão onde acontece o café da manhã é muito pequeno, o que gera fila de espera dos hóspedes, algo que é incomum.

Única reclamação é quanto ao acesso pro estacionamento. Não tem um elevador direto e é um pouco confuso o acesso

Quarto um pouco pequeno, mas como só passei uma noite foi suficiente. Estava limpo mas a roupa de cama e toalhas não muito cheirosas. Café da manhã bom, a máquina de café poderia servir capuccino

Ótimas acomodações. Tudo impecável. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque foi um pouco burocrático a solicitação de água quente na cozinha. Tinha que comprar mineral para esquentar. Outra coisa... o estacionamento é pago. Isso tem que ser mencionado no anuncio.
