Single night stay. Room is clean, bed is comfy and easy to get into the city centre with the bus stop 100m from hotel. Hotel a bit on the pricy side. No coffee, tea or water in the room.

Very close to bus that takes you into Hamburg. Large rooms and everyone is very nice and helpful.

Da dieses Hotel sehr stark bei Touristen genutzt wird und auch wir die letzten rund 20 Jahre regelmäßig dort während des Hamburgaufenthaltes dort übernachtet haben, fällt auf, dass vor allem die Zimmer und Flure eine Runderneuerung nötig haben. Denn für eine Übernachtung von über 170 Euro, kann man auch ein entsprechendes Umfeld erwarten. Klar gleichen sich alle B&B Hotels in Deutschland, aber dieses Hotel in der Stresemannstraße wirkt schon abgenutzt. Sauber ist es! Keine Frage. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht das Beste und dieses Konzept gilt es auch zu überdenken. Ich muss mich als Gast draußen auf dem Radweg anstellen, um Brötchen zu bekommen, die so hart sind als seien sie von vorgestern. Hier gibt es wirklich Optimierungsbedarf.

Leider hatten wir einen Nachbarn der bis 4Uhr morgens Musik in einer Nicht-Zimmerlautstärke gehört hat und deshalb sehr wenig Schlaf bekommen haben. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir früher ins Zimmer konnten. Mussten knapp 10-15 Minuten warten und dann konnte ich mit meiner Tochter ins Zimmer. Bus hält direkt vor der Tür,S-Bahn Fussläufig zu erreichen in ca 5-6 Minuten. Zimmer klein,aber sauber und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

We were there b/c of the family rooms, which are quite affordable for Hamburg standards. The hotel is situated at a four lane road in Altona. Altona is a nice district, easy to find a good dinner place if you don't mind walking for 20 minutes or so, and we'll connected to the inner city. Drawback of the room was that the windows don't stop the road noise as well as they should. But we still had a good night.

Parkplatz muss vorher reserviert werden steht niergens. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Etwas dünne Wände. An sich ganz gut aber nichts besonders.

Parking is a nightmare, you have to park outside, check in, then they give you the card for the garage. The same at check out, you leave the garage, you have to park outside in order to give them back the card because at check in they ask you a deposit of 20 euro.

Hotel did not uphold its end of the deal. We booked while it stated parking available and as we travelled by car we needed it to be able to stay at the hotel. Once we arrived, there were no parking spots available and the person working at the reception told us to just drive around a few blocks until we found one. We didn't find any available parking spots, everything was packed with cars so we requested a refund to move on to another hotel which they did not provide. We could not stay at the hotel since they could not provide the proper services for it as stated.

Wir sind super angereist. Wurden freundlich informiert über alles weitere wie Parkplatz, Zimmer, Frühstück. Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Receptionspersonalen kunde ingen engelska. Hotellet var över lag bra men låg långt ifrån centrum.
