This hotel is greatly improved by its friendly service and strategic location, but honestly, the room comfort is really lacking. Hard pillows, hard mattress, dim bathroom lighting. The breakfast quality is really lacking in my opinion. Honestly, I think there needs to be a lot of improvement in the quality of the taste and freshness of the breakfast so that we as guests will want to try the restaurant's food. Strategic location, in the city center, close to everything. Very close to Martabak Har and Mie Celor Ilir 26, just a short walk away. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean, the room smells good, the bedding is clean, only the vinyl on the floor is peeling and needs repair. The bathroom door can't be closed properly. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast didn't change much. There is no typical Palembang breakfast, the menu is not very varied.

The hotel staff are friendly, the CS when we checked out was a sweet girl, gentle even though the queue at CS was busy, a 3 star hotel but complete with a bath tub, hair dryer, TV with Wi-Fi, so far I'm satisfied.

The hotel is good but unfortunately the floor is already torn, uneven, dangerous, can hurt your feet especially if you bring children / tear your bag, suggestions can be given carpet for the entire room, the breakfast menu is small but it is enough, the staff are just ordinary, tend to be indifferent, except for the security section which is garfast, I don't know why the review on Traveloka can get high points, sorry, not to criticize but hopefully this can be a positive input for progress. thx
