For the past few years, whenever we've been to Jakarta, our first two nights have always been at this Four Points because of our pleasant experiences in previous years. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a new, spacious room with a view of Sarinah. The only downside is the elevator. Perhaps because it's still under renovation, it experienced several problems, resulting in long waits. Furthermore, on the 12th floor where I stayed, the elevator indicator light wasn't working. Overall, this was another enjoyable experience for our family, and the Four Points remains one of our must-stay hotels when visiting Jakarta.

The location was great, but the staff was not good. They made little complications for our stay, for example, gave us a room that we didn’t book and also didn’t give us a receipt for the extra bed. We are not sure the amount they charged was actually the price of the extra bed we took. Good location, but staff not clear.

Check-in was quickest. Upon arrival, I handed over my ID card and was immediately presented with a form to sign, which the receptionist had already prepared. My room was also upgraded to a premium deluxe city view upon check-in, which was super cozy. Recommended, I felt at home here because it was so comfortable.

The location is perfect for a staycation, especially on weekends.

The staff is truly TOP. From check-in to check-out, all the staff, including the security, were kind and friendly. I stayed during New Year's, December 31st-January 1st, so it was very busy. The restaurant staff kindly explained that breakfast had been moved upstairs for everyone's convenience. And I was happy to have that conversation. I also forgot to put my husband's clothes in the closet yesterday, and they left them behind. I contacted the front desk and was asked to wait for confirmation while they checked. The staff was really nice, my leftover items were stored well and returned to me in good condition. Thank you all, my family and I were really happy and had a very good impression during our stay there 🙏

The loud noise from the motorbikes was very disturbing, even though I was on the 10th floor. Even though I was using the earplugs provided by the hotel, the sound still got through. Yes, that's just the delinquency of Jakarta teenagers on a Saturday night. Anyway, the hotel service was excellent.

The staff was SUPPERRRR friendly!!! Polite, friendly, smiling, and very proactive.

The location is strategic, but the only distraction was the noise outside the room when staying on a Saturday night (it wasn't soundproof). Luckily, I got a room facing Jalan Thamrin. Overall, I was satisfied.

The service was good, but when I asked to move rooms because the AC was hot, the process took a long time and when I got a room, the new room was not prepared properly so there was no water available.

The room AC can't be adjusted to 22 degrees and can't be lowered.

I used public transport to reach this establishment from and to the airport. It was really convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staffs were helpful and I get to keep my luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out time. Thank you, Four Points!

My wife had an unfortunate incident, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They saved my wife well and even offered the option of an ambulance. I really appreciate their support. Thank you!
