Friendly service, spacious rooms, complete in-room amenities. Overall, I recommend it. A few notes: The rear parking lot is dusty, please fix it. Security should direct customers to park here, but they were indifferent, almost hitting my car against the wall. Breakfast is not very varied. Hopefully, we can provide better service in the future. Receptionist can be more helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were friendlier. The food was tasty and I loved the nasi goreng. However, my room smelled like balsem the first time I got in.

I checked out thinking that I had settled all my bills @ hotel. The hotel then told me later that I had not paid all my bills @ hotel. I find this was very incompetent, unprofessional, and embarrassing. They made it look whether intentionally or not like I walked away from hotel without paying my bills. It was quite embarrassing!
