Very impressive, friendly staff, close to the city

A great hotel for a family staycation. The staff were all friendly and full of smiles. Good job to the receptionist who allowed us to check in even before our scheduled time. Thank you for the service and amenities.

Ample parking, fast check-in and check-out, two elevators, and spacious hallways typical of hotels. My room was a superior double bed; for a middle-class person like me, a room that size for 599,000 Rupiah would be better than another hotel. The rooms have connecting facilities, complete toiletries, a one-way shower, a well-functioning TV and AC, and a comfortable bed. Overall, I was satisfied.

Disappointed with the children's pool facilities, which cannot be used, and are still under repair.
