For that price, the accommodation is suitable. If possible, I would like the hotel to improve the bathroom (drainage) and ensure the rooms are cleaner.

The motorbike rental service was terrible; the bikes were very old despite the higher price compared to other places. The positives were that the hotel was near the city center, the price was reasonable, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean. Since it was just for sleeping, a very large room wasn't really necessary.

This small hotel is located on Trang Thi Street, conveniently situated for easy access to surrounding areas of the Old Quarter, especially being only about 100 meters from Hoan Kiem Lake. I liked the scent of candles/scented wax from the lobby to the room, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the room didn't have the musty smell of air conditioning or dampness like some other places. The only downside is that I stayed 4 nights, but the bed linens were only neatly folded instead of being changed daily or every two days, which was a little disappointing. It would be better if they changed them daily instead of only changing them for each booking.

It's okay, but a bit expensive. It's fine for those who need something simple.

The hotel is right in the center of Hoan Kiem Lake, next to the Old Quarter. The location is ok. The room is a bit small. Because there are no windows, it is a bit humid. The staff is not tactful when asking guests to check out before the scheduled check-out time, affecting the experience.

This room is near the house they are building next door so it's a bit noisy. Suggest changing the hair dryer which is very weak.

The accommodation is ok, near many tourist attractions, the air conditioner is a bit noisy but overall it's okay.
