The first impression was good so I came back for the second time. This second time was very disappointing: - lost items but the hotel did not have a clear answer, even though the lost items were in the premises with cameras. - the cleaning in the room was not clean, there was trash under the bed-closet; hair, dust & sand on the floor were rough & dirty feet were clearly visible. The small towels were old. The outdoor table area on the porch was not cleaned properly, the tables and chairs were dirty. - the breakfast buffet only had a step counter, while the food counters were very sketchy, mainly industrial foods (sausages, bacon, pate...), starchy dishes, green vegetables, boiled/fried eggs (omelette). The remaining dishes cooked from fresh meat/fish/seafood were either non-existent or very limited (only beef/chicken pho) and the taste was not very good. In general, a simple breakfast (vegetables-eggs-bread/rice/porridge) is enough, but not worthy of a resort. - plus points for the landscape & pool as well as the service attitude of the staff.

Very professional.receptionist is perfect and the transport is fast and free.

Check in took a long time, calling for a car took a long time, upgrading the room took more than an hour, the car came to pick me up but the new room was not cleaned yet, wasting the guests' time, for a vacation experience it was terrible. The resort should have better amenities and services than this. It was really boring to travel, need to go out to play but wait for an hour without seeing the car come to pick me up, walking was quite difficult because it was far and steep. The first time choosing this place was a bit expensive.

The shuttle bus service is getting worse. I stayed 2 nights, called 3 times to have the bus dropped at lobby A, each time I had to wait nearly 40 minutes. I complained, only noted, no improvement. When checking out, calling for the bus also took more than 30 minutes. My family and I will never come back here.

Cool, clean space, great swimming pool experience

Resort is a bit big, calling a car takes a while. Otherwise great

only for group guests. Check-in for independent/individual guests is extremely long and troublesome. The resort grounds are very large so if you can't move around by yourself, it will take time and you can easily get lost. However, calling an electric car takes a long time. The road down to the beach is also inaccessible. It costs 8 million to rent a villa just to lie in one place. The breakfast is also terrible. Worst resort experience ever.

Quiet, great view, limited breakfast options

Nice room, lots of play areas for kids, delicious breakfast buffet. The only thing is the refrigerator is a cooler, not a freezer. Be careful if you have small children in the house when bringing milk.

Oki is suitable for family vacation.
