Very bad service, room check in took forever, waiting for tram was also very long, bad experience

Suitable for family vacation

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, worth the experience and vacation.

The shuttle bus service is getting worse. I stayed 2 nights, called 3 times to have the bus dropped at lobby A, each time I had to wait nearly 40 minutes. I complained, only noted, no improvement. When checking out, calling for the bus also took more than 30 minutes. My family and I will never come back here.

Cool, clean space, great swimming pool experience

Resort is a bit big, calling a car takes a while. Otherwise great

only for group guests. Check-in for independent/individual guests is extremely long and troublesome. The resort grounds are very large so if you can't move around by yourself, it will take time and you can easily get lost. However, calling an electric car takes a long time. The road down to the beach is also inaccessible. It costs 8 million to rent a villa just to lie in one place. The breakfast is also terrible. Worst resort experience ever.

Quiet, great view, limited breakfast options

Nice room, lots of play areas for kids, delicious breakfast buffet. The only thing is the refrigerator is a cooler, not a freezer. Be careful if you have small children in the house when bringing milk.

Oki is suitable for family vacation.

I rented a room with a lazy river below on the 5th night and felt great. Although I had determined that the tram would take a long time to eat breakfast, I found everything to be quite normal. The room was super nice, luxurious, and fragrant. The lazy river was super chill, and you could step down and relax. The view was beautiful, the playground was great to play in. The infinity pool had super cool soap bubble shooting. The breakfast had a variety of food, and was constantly refilled. Overall, this experience was quite lucky for me. Mui Ne is really beautiful, Centara 10 points. I came from Hanoi and was not disappointed at all. My baby had a stomachache in the middle of the night, but the nurse came to examine and give the right medicine + promptly, so that night the baby slept well. Plus 100 service points for Centara. At an outside resort, the baby would have been awake until morning. Thank you very much Centara. I hope to come back here one day and you guys will be better and better.

Very nice place, more activities.

I spent two days to exchange a few hours for my relatives but the whole experience was terrible, the staff hid their hands and feet to hide something from me, blamed everything on the app,... when I went to have breakfast, the staff couldn't find my room and the way they checked me was terrible, when I was allowed to eat, it was from a text message on someone's phone, and they told me to come in with a very strange attitude, I couldn't log in to the app to text the shuttle bus, when a bus passed by, even though there was still room, they ignored me as if I didn't call them, so many times like that I decided to leave after a few hours of checking in and changing to another hotel, I've been here before but now I won't come again, I will share this with people around me about my trip here

Space & facilities: • The surrounding area is dark, there are no street lights, making you feel unsafe at night. • The TV in the room cannot connect to the internet. • There is no private beach, reducing the resort experience. 2. Services & amenities: • The wait for the local tram is very long, inconvenient to move. • The children's swimming pool has cloudy water, the area around the boat is covered with moss, unsanitary. 3. Cuisine: • The food is normal, nothing special. • There is no seafood, quite disappointing if you expect coastal specialties. 4. Summary: • Poor service, not worthy of expectations, especially in the summer when there are many guests. • There is no attractive enough place to come back.

Contacting the staff to handle the procedures for changing the date is very difficult and not served, before the date of residence there is no contact like other parties. The electric car takes a long time.

I took my family to visit last weekend, the resort grounds are quite beautiful and have many amenities, the kids love it. It's summer so it's very crowded, waiting for the tram is extremely long. If you download the app and text message it seems to be faster. I booked a 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool, the design is very beautiful and comfortable. However, the swimming pool is very dirty and murky, in the bedroom upstairs there is a cockroach corpse, at night if you open the window, insects will fly into the room, so everyone should close it. As for the swimming pool with a slide for the kids, the floor is quite cracked, dirt falls out, I think it's quite dangerous for the kids. I went with a package that included breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the food was okay, mostly family dishes, like soup, stir-fried vegetables, braised meat, braised fish, fried rice, fried noodles, ... Overall, it's 6/10 in my opinion
