Breakfast for two people and a child under 110 cm. Yesterday, children over 110 cm were charged Rp 90,000. I didn't read the terms and conditions beforehand, so it's a shame the children have to pay extra. But the price is worth it. The slippers in the room are for indoor use only, not for walking around the hotel, and they can't be used in the breakfast room. Some rooms have an additional charge for minibars. Overall, the food and room were good.

I'm from Cikarang, but I chose to vacation at Nuanza Cikarang because it's so comfortable. The staff is friendly, the rooms are great, and the breakfast menu is delicious. Next year, I'll be back at Nuanza for a staycation with my family 🥰

Have stayed here many times, never disappoints.

First time staying here. This room type is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, and the food is delicious. The only thing lacking is the Wi-Fi. Next time I want to stay here again and try a different room, hehe. Hopefully the Wi-Fi will be improved, because the signal is also not very good inside the building.

Good experience, comfortable hotel room

We’re here for transit, it was good. The only weird thing is we cannot use hotel slippers outside our room. Food was great, so many options and great taste that my stomach can't handle it. Pool and gym was incredible, room was clean.

I'd return to this hotel for its comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, ofuro, and sauna. The ofuro is comfortable and relaxing. However, it's a bit far from the city center, and access options from Jakarta are limited.

Check-in and check-out are slow, and the 500,000 IDR deposit must be paid in cash. Transfers take 14 business days to receive a refund.
