The staff was great, and the hotel was clean. Perhaps because we were staying during the holiday season, some guests neglected to maintain the cleanliness of the public areas. For example, the disabled toilet was used as a shower area, resulting in water everywhere, and the toilet in the pool changing area wasn't flushed. However, after I informed them, they immediately responded and cleaned it. Thank you. I stayed here because my child was attending a competition and it was close to the Jakarta Arts Building.

It's close to the city center, close to Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ), Istiqlal Mosque, Senen, and the National Monument (Monas). The food is a bit limited, but we got a discount yesterday, so it was a great deal and we were satisfied with the proximity. The swimming pool is also large, but unfortunately, the checkout time was a bit rushed, and I received a phone call, even though I usually still have time to pray Dhuhr in peace.

There are no spoons in the room, if you want to borrow one you have to make a minimum order first.

This time, I booked my team to stay at Asyana because, frankly, it's close to Pasar Senen station. The hotel staff was friendly and made things easy for us, and the extra bed was well worth it. The hotel was comfortable, with all the staff friendly and responsive. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, but unfortunately the towels smelled bad and the sheets were worn out.

I love the chicken porridge. It's the best chicken porridge of any hotel I've ever stayed at.
