The staff are friendly and very helpful. A suggestion: replace the bath towels with soap to prevent them from smelling damp or lacking freshness. Breakfast would be more enjoyable if there were a sunny-side-up egg corner. Thank you.

Some of the hotel staff were very friendly, some were just so-so, hehe. It was my first time booking a capsule room, so I didn't know how to use it. I think it would have been better if the receptionist had asked if I had been in a capsule room before. If I hadn't (like me), they could have shown me around and explained how to use it, because I had to ask someone else. The room was clean, and the hotel staff cleaned it regularly at certain times. There was an ironing facility and a shared bathroom (although there was a guy who had used the bathroom and it smelled of urine), but it was cleaned again by the hotel staff. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious, so when I got home I didn't have to worry about what to have for breakfast. This capsule hotel is perfect for travelers who want to save money.

This is the third time I've been to Jakarta and I've booked this hotel, because it offers excellent facilities but is still affordable and the location is also very strategic.

I was shocked to see the sheets and towels were gray, even though I'd always stayed here. They should be replaced. They're not fit for use.
