It's really great to stay at this hotel...the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly...the pool is also fun for the kids to swim and play by the pool...you can stay again later...recommended...

my experience stay at this hotel is very worth it. the room is quite spacious and big enough. it is very comfortable. the hotel as well has unique architecture and there is a lake near the hotel. the amenities is completed. the situation around hotel is quite peaceful since the location in Putrajaya. the breakfast also very delicious. had pleasent stay at this hotel. it is so recommend for the one who had planning travel to Malaysia

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool, and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good and family-friendly. Kids room, etc., were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in the future.

The pillow is too thin. There is a smell on the pillow and blanket. Hotel wifi cannot be accessed and the air conditioner is not cold.

Upon my departure, Amin was really friendly, and on the day I checked in, I went for a buffet dinner. I believe it was Mr. Saufi who was really accommodating, together with the rest of the restaurant and kitchen staff.
