The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the kids’ water splash area was also clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel itself was beautiful, and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our experience!

I came with my daughter who has autism. During breakfast, we requested a table that was not too crowded. The staff helped place us at a comfortable spot for my kid. Thank you for your help and understanding.

The situation is different, staying during school holidays and regular weekdays.. came during the holidays, everything was excellent.. came again this time on weekdays, the staff is incompetent, the breakfast is not kid friendly.. the staff in charge of the kids room is also fierce

It’s my third time staying and never disappointed. I chose DoubleTree Putrajaya because of its tranquility, even as a family-friendly hotel. This place would always be on top of my list every time I need a rest from the hecticness.

The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay; I was extremely satisfied with the service and their attitude. However, the room hygiene was very poor. The bathroom was incredibly dirty; I didn't see it cleaned, and there was dust and grime around the sink, in the shower, and on the floor.

Super satisfied. The room is clean and comfortable. Facilities superb. My kids really enjoyed the stay, especially the various pools and kids club with activities. Most touching was the staff giving my kids free breakfast as I had booked two rooms.

It's really great to stay at this hotel...the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly...the pool is also fun for the kids to swim and play by the pool...you can stay again later...recommended...

my experience stay at this hotel is very worth it. the room is quite spacious and big enough. it is very comfortable. the hotel as well has unique architecture and there is a lake near the hotel. the amenities is completed. the situation around hotel is quite peaceful since the location in Putrajaya. the breakfast also very delicious. had pleasent stay at this hotel. it is so recommend for the one who had planning travel to Malaysia
