Part of the area where the pool is was closed off. The pool was not heated. Other thank that great service, good breakfast buffet and the location was close to everything.

Well the beds were ok, and the breakfast was good. My only kickback was the hidden paid parking. When i was booking it said free parking only to get to the property and was charged $30 per night. So it will be nice to let the guest know prior to booking so we dont get slapped with unbudgetd bills at the property.

Very convenient location, inside Chinatown and walking distance to old Montreal. Friendly and cooperative staff, beautiful rooftop view of old Montreal and clean rooms. Great hotel if you want to experience Montreal downtown conveniently.

The Hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of China Town, Old Montreal and the attractions at the Old Port. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Housekeeping left much to be desired. We stayed for four nights and except for one day, had to ask to have our room made up when nothing was done by late afternoon. Coffee and other supplies were not replaced without request. Weirdly, our king bed was made up with a queen top sheet. Request for a proper sized sheet were ignored. Breakfast was included but but was a zoo, hardly worth the aggravation. Finding a table, never mind a clean one, was a challenge as was finding plates and cutlery on more than one occasion.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again. The location is perfect, a few minute walk to Old Montreal.

Just the check in was late 5:30 pm room was not ready but the rooms were so clean and customer service was excellent and addressed my need fo support. The breakfast were so darn good and friendly guest service we will be back!

We booked this hotel because we loved it last year. This year we were Very Disappointed. Breakfast: there was a shortage of cutlery, plates, cups, butter, coffee, cream, and had to keep asking for these amenities. The Room: Cleaned only once in our 5 night stay. We had to chase down towels, and clean our own garbages. We did not book a hotel for $500.00 per night to make our own beds. Even though we requested these services, nothing was addressed. The hot tub was not useable as it was out for "maintenance". No attempt was made for compensation when we asked. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons.
