When I stayed overnight, the TV was off due to network problems, the toilet water was off, and the bathroom faucet (shower) had little water.

When checking in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the view was really cool, unique, the room was quite clean, it's just that when you stayed yesterday you smelled the toilet, don't know where it came from? and the swimming pool probably needs to be cleaned more often, because the water is not very clean, when we were there, the food was delicious and we liked it

Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the floors. They still feel like they're not clean enough to walk on. The AC is cool, the Wi-Fi is fast, and my deluxe room had a sea view. The food was okay.

The hotel concept is unique, you can watch the sunset from the balcony, and you can get motorbike rental information from the hotel. There's a good laundry service at an affordable price. You should definitely try staying here.

The rooms are clean, fragrant, comfortable and the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

Stayed at the Lentar Suite, room 1115, October 12-14. Expectations were quite high because it was a suite, but it turned out to be a bit lower. 😅 The room had direct access to the pool, but it was a shame there weren't any sunbeds, just a regular terrace. It would have been nice to relax there in the afternoon. I ordered two beers and one margarita at the bar, and there weren't any snacks and nuts. It was a standard bar, you know? The bathroom was a bit smelly, and they only gave me two towels—no face or hand towels. I had to call reception three times to get them, so I had to wait a bit. Furthermore, the room wasn't soundproof, so I could still hear outside noise. The only plus was the breakfast, which was quite unique and delicious, with some interesting local dishes. The sunset view from the hotel grounds was also really beautiful 🌅 But for the price, honestly, there are several other hotels in the area with much better service and felt more worth it. Hopefully, Lentar Suite will pay more attention to detail and service in the future to match its price and room type. 🙏
