The staff are friendly and serve well, the table near the glass is broken and looks like it has been broken for a long time.

The hotel staff are very helpful. I've left my belongings with them several times, and they've been happy to store them safely. The Sangkuriang room has an outside bathroom, but it's still sufficient to accommodate a full house. Parking is top-notch, with ample space for cars. Motorcycles have a dedicated parking area, which is certainly equipped with CCTV.

The location is pretty close to the Cianjur Great Mosque but the bathroom door can't be closed tightly.
