I arrived at night. The hotel sign was unclear, and there were no hotel staff on duty at the entrance near the parking lot. The hotel area was poorly lit, so be careful, especially after rain, as it was slippery. I got a room on the ground floor, and there were lots of small frogs in the pond in front of my room. Breakfast lacked variety and the taste of the food needed to be improved.

The location is quite hidden, making it a bit difficult to find the hotel sign at night. The hotel only has stairs, so my room was downstairs, so I had to go down them, but the staff were helpful. There were plenty of frogs in the pond in front of my room. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, lacking in variety. More lighting is needed.

Let's just say, the hotel was built in good aesthetics & good intention, but it is now just very tired & not at all worth the room rate I spent. The 'suite', although spacious, has moulds on the walls & ceiling, room smells mouldy & unfresh, the upholstery on the couches is dirty & old, TV is not working, water bottles aren't filled with proper mineral water (no cap), perhaps just cooked water from the kitchen. It's just sad & disappointing. I made the best of my 5 nights there (tried to decorate/cover couch with my scarfs, et al). But honestly I couldn't wait to get out of there. Also, street access Jl Suweta to hotel from Ubud downtown is shut, one has to drive via a dusty, narrow, one way street (Jl Sriwedari) that's full of potholes, and lots of traffic to get in & out. The staff, although warm & friendly, are surely not responsible with how bad this hotel is managed & appearing. Am never ever staying here again.

Very good, clean and friendly staff, worth it for that price. The downside is it's a bit far from Jalan Gatot Subroto or a busy street with tourists. Good though.

The location is quite close to central Ubud, room cleanliness needs to be improved, maintenance for the sofa, toilet and bathtub needs to be considered for guest comfort, the toilet is shaking, the bathtub can't be filled, the staff service is very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation is great, the landscape is very close to nature, surrounded by forests. The location near the palace and the market is very convenient. However, the road to get there is difficult because the new resort is under construction, so by car you have to go around 3km more, going by car is more convenient

The resort is quite remote, from the outside the sign is not visible, it is mossy. The service is okay, it seems that when I was staying again the renovation stage. Still fixing the ceiling. The room was clean but looked like it hadn't been filled in a long time. Of the 10 rooms, I'm the only guest.

The service is good and the place is suitable for healing, although the entrance to the resort is tight and sometimes there are ants in the room, maybe because there is a gap in the door.

Actually the resort is nice, quiet, comfortable, really can heal here. But it's a shame that the room I got didn't make me calm, why? Because the door to the balcony couldn't be locked, aka the key that I saw was broken inside, I automatically went to sleep so I was worried because I was on the 1st floor. Then when I got there I checked all the facilities, it turned out that towels and hairdryer weren't provided in the room so I had to ask the hotel staff to bring it to my room, and one soap, shampoo doesn't seem to be refilled, the tv in my room can't be used. I once had a place as good as this but was not prepared for things like this. I am writing so that the resort can be even better in preparing so that incidents like this do not happen again.

It was really great experience during stay in this hotel, even we have a little trouble when check in due to wrong system, but the staff really helpful. Bedroom, swimming pool, were exactly the same with picture. Wifi also was very good. Only few things that still can be improved, TV channels was not attractive and hot water wasn't always available. Overall…we like to stay here and absolutely will come back

A place to go if you need calm and quiet place for vacation or work from Bali. The table is big enough for working space. Great view from the back of the room
