I booked a non-smoking room but got an ex-smoking room, so it still smelled of cigarette smoke even though there were small children. Near the window, in the buffet area, when the phone was moved, there were still many cigarette ash marks. Because during your stay at any hotel, it will be cleaned without having to confirm first or make a sticker hanging on the door to choose whether the room will be cleaned or not.
