The landlady is very enthusiastic.

Booked a room (paid) on 5/3, but when I arrived on 8/3, they said there were no rooms available, the owner asked me to move to the hotel next door. The replacement room was very bad (room not cleaned, broken fan, bathroom door lock, creaky bed...), extremely bad experience, first and last time using the service.

The two of you are very nice. If I have the chance, I will come back to VT and stay with you.

The room was small and hot. I went to an event and it closed at 12am. I had to call and ring the bell for a long time before they opened the door. The room was terrible.

Cô chú chủ nhà trọ thân thiện. Nhưng không rành về công nghệ nên app đặt hay bị lỗi nên cần liên hệ trước khi đến. Phòng hơi cũ. Nệm cứng. Nên hỏi trước về phòng vệ sinh có dùng chung không vì có phòng có phòng vệ sinh riêng, có phòng dùng chung. Tuy đủ đồ đạc nhưng cũ, có bàn chải kem đánh răng xịn. Mền hơi mỏng. Vì cao điểm nên sẽ hối khách trả phòng sớm. Kinh doanh cũng muốn nhanh có tiền nên thông cảm được. Phòng chỉ thích hợp để đồ đạc để đi chơi chứ ở lâu hơi bất tiện. Không giống trong hình chụp. Dra giường có nhiều đốm vàng hơi sợ.

Ai có đặt thì đặt cọc hoặc thoả thuận với họ, còn đặt trên app bị phân biệt do chi phí rẻ hơn, nhưng thật ra giá phòng đặt trên app cũng cao chứ không thấp, họ cho mình phòng phía dưới khá nhỏ, không gian không có, trải nghiệm không được thoải mái. Mấy người vô sau mình đặt cọc trước được cho phòng tốt còn đặt qua app thì chỉ được phòng đó và không được đổi.

Cô chú dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch, không mùi. Wi-Fi yếu, máy lạnh tạm ổn.

Room without dryer, on the terrace converted into a separate bedroom. At 10:30, I checked in before 11:00 a.m. before going to eat, the owner locked the door and fell asleep, unable to wake up. The two sisters starved all night. This has basically been converted from a hotel into a monthly rental room. very disappointing.

Phòng nhỏ, cách âm kém, nhà vệ sinh không nằm trong phòng với lại vấn đề vệ sinh chỉ tương đương nhà trọ thôi, không nước nóng. Chỉ được máy lạnh thì lạnh lắm chắc do phòng nhỏ máy lạnh công suất lớn. Nói chung trải nghiệm không tốt lắm
