The room is comfortable, close to the town square to Braga

It's nice because it's in the middle of the city, close to Braga, Cibadak lontong, and culinary.

Note: the bathroom is a bit slippery, next time change the tile motif so it's not slippery.

The staff is friendly and informative, there is also a luggage storage area, I got room 1310-1311 even though the room type I booked couldn't connect, but it didn't matter because I was given a nearby room. The bathroom is also spacious, the view in the room is nice, the view of Bandung city and the mountains, unfortunately there are small cockroaches on the dressing table. There are still a few crusts but it's still safe. The location is also strategic, close to the town square and plaza. Unfortunately, there is no parking for cars. This hotel has a community concept because when you leave the hotel, you immediately go to the supermarket.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is also strategically located in the heart of the city center, making it easy to get around. However, I found the cleanliness lacking; the hot water kettle in my room looked like it hadn't been cleaned and still had water residue.

At first, I was a bit less excited because before the lobby, there was only a shop and a small space to get to the elevator. It turned out the lobby was on the 5th floor, because floors 1-4 were clothing stores. But after entering the room, it turned out not to disappoint, it was worth it for the price.

The location is strategic near the Bandung town square, around the hotel there are many people selling food, clean rooms, nice swimming pool.

It's very enjoyable because there are lots of food and clothing souvenir vendors coming in and out, and transportation is easier and cheaper.

The room is nice and the hotel is located in the city center, so it's easy to get around.

Overall, it was a pretty satisfying experience because it was close to shops and a mosque. The bathrooms might need some improvements, such as the doorway (for the suite rooms), and the bathroom door being difficult to open.

The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious. Cleanliness needs to be improved. When I first entered the room, there was still hair next to the entrance. The table was a bit dusty. The glasses in the room were not very clean, still had stains. The water coming out of the small shower needs to be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and even using my own internet connection was a bit difficult.
