The room is a bit narrow and it is a bit difficult to cross because the hotel is in the middle and there is no zebra crossing provided.

Upon entering the hotel lobby and entering your room, you're immediately greeted by a very calming scent, instantly creating a holiday vibe. The room and bathroom are also clean and comfortable, though perhaps more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the towels.

The Superior Queen Room was our choice during our vacation in Surabaya. With its relatively affordable price and proximity to Tunjungan Plaza, we thought it would be okay. However, upon entering the room, we began to feel uncomfortable, starting with: 1. The room was so small that we couldn't find any space in the room to open our travel bag other than on the bed. 2. The TV broadcast was poor. 3. The TV wasn't positioned symmetrically with the bed. 4. The room's details looked dated, with some parts of the walls peeling. 5. The bathroom lighting was dim. Then the next morning, we had breakfast, and again, the breakfast selection was very mediocre. So we decided to move on and find another hotel. Perhaps in the future, the hotel could pay more attention to the details of the rooms and breakfast. One good thing about this hotel was the internet speed, which was very fast, a stable 100 Mbps.

Friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel has the best view for chilling with your partner. We really enjoyed the view during our stay.

For a child aged 8 years, the food is lacking.. there is no fried rice. Fried chicken so confused about what to eat? So I ate white rice with soto soup. Get the chicken at the chicken porridge place. The place is clean and comfortable. The pool is good for children..

Overall, I was very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. The hotel's strategic location was also an added advantage, making my trip to Surabaya much more efficient and enjoyable. As constructive feedback for future improvements, I would like to respectfully share some observations regarding the condition of the room. The curtains in my room appear to have stains that require washing to restore their cleanliness and tidiness. Furthermore, some parts of the walls appear dull and would benefit from repainting to maintain the room's appearance. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for the comfort of future guests. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

My stay at the Gold Vitel Hotel Surabaya was very pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, making the check-in process very smooth. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities that functioned perfectly, including cool air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel's strategic location, close to shopping and culinary centers, made it easy to explore the city. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious dishes, from local to international cuisine, all served to the highest quality. Overall, I highly recommend the Gold Vitel Hotel Surabaya. The excellent service, maintained cleanliness, and ideal location make it a perfect choice for leisure or business trips. While my overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas of room maintenance that could be improved. The curtains in my room had several visible stains, and the condition of the walls also indicated the need for a fresh coat of paint to maintain the room's fresh and well-maintained appearance.

My two days here were so worth it. The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are like a 4-star hotel, with a swimming pool and spa. Overall, it's great. Plus, I can enjoy the city view from my room. I really enjoyed it, and I hope to come back again.

The room was quite clean, there was only one small insect, it was soundproof, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Cons: the noodles were undercooked and lacked seasoning, the toaster had to be toasted twice to get it crispy, the toilet was flushed and cleaned for a while, but it took a while to come back up. Hopefully it can be fixed.

The overall condition of the hotel is good, only one thing at that time I got a room on the 5th floor, the conditions were noisy at night, the sound from the nightclub could be heard in the room.
