Fast service

This hotel is excellent, very clean, safe and the staff are very friendly and professional, close to shopping areas, very accessible to everyone, I always stayed here everytime I come home to naga city.

This place is awesome, friendly staff, room is spacious, and right next to the mall. I just wish they smart tvs instead of cable :)

Staff are friendly and courteous. Special mention to Regine, she’s very nice and kind to talk about our needs in our stays in the hotel.

The place is walking distance to a shopping mall Robinson's Mall that has almost everything you'll need. They have access on the second floor to the mall. Breakfast was not included & way too expensive!!!

Normally when i stay here the treatment is outstanding. Don't want to give a full review cause im still at the hotel and im sure the staff will treat me even worse cause they gossip too much. But its ok i Won't be coming back here again

The whole experience was superb. Staff were courteous and respectful. The only flaw was the pool. The area was dark. And the water was itchy.

Great Stay for families with child

Another great stay, but the property is showing signs of aging. We have stayed at this property every year since opening, but this year we noticed water stains on wall, and black mold in bathroom caulk and tiles. As a hotel this should be cleaner for this brand.
