Recommended hotel in Ternate. Stay here, everywhere is close, just walk. Best service! All staff are friendly and professional. Suggestions: - Pay attention to the cleanliness of the laundry (we used the laundry facility, not too clean) - The water smells a bit bad the first time, you have to run it for a few minutes, then it's okay. - There is no swimming pool (hehehe) Overall, very very recommended! If you go to Ternate again, you will definitely stay here.

However, a faint noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit can be heard in the room. Although the volume isn't loud, it might still be somewhat bothersome for guests who are sensitive to noise. In general, the hotel conditions are good, but there is room for improvement in soundproofing.

Although officially rated as a three-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional politeness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel is also conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby places. Notably, the traditional "jajan pasar" served at breakfast was remarkably delicious, especially the cake selection. With the addition of more space in the future to enhance comfort and a sense of luxury, Gwen Hotel has the potential to become even more outstanding. Thank you, Gwen Hotel!
