My first stay here was very pleasant. The location is very strategic, right in the city center, and if you want to go to Lippo Mall Nusantara, you can go through the back street in less than 5 minutes. The room is very comfortable, and at night, there's a sensor system that automatically turns off the lights around 8 p.m., making it easier to sleep comfortably (for those who like to sleep in the dark). The food is quite tasty, complete, and varied. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Even though I filled in the information for 3 people, the photo details show the sofa being filled with a blanket, but when I arrived, there was no extra bed, even though I had booked an extra bed for 3 people ☹️

Recommended city hotel, staff is very friendly, but access to parking was a bit confusing because there was no information at reception or security, coincidentally my check-in time was 1:00 am

There was a loss incident in the hotel room, the hotel staff promised to check the CCTV but for several days there was no update and every time they called, the staff always changed.. so the handling was not good.. disappointing even though the location was good and I liked the facilities..

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days for BLACKPINK's DEADLINE WORLD TOUR concert. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, it was close to GBK, and I think the price was really worth it for the spacious room. If I go back to Jakarta, I will stay at ARTOTEL SUITES again🖤🥰

Had a really wonderful stay here! All the staff is very helpful and nice. Room was great, clean, and spacious. The food was great too! So much variety and all food are tasty! Definitely will come back for another staycation!

The service from the hotel staff was excellent. The room was incredibly clean and comfy. The restaurant food for breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was kid-friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. Overall, my stay experience was awesome. Thank you for the hospitality.

A great stop for family or business, it provides great ambiance and activities to do. The location is accessible and close to many buildings and public facilities. The food is great and many healthy options offered, it has a very good coffee, one of the best hotel's coffee by far IMHO!
