There is only 1 elevator to go up and down, the waiting time is quite long, everything else is ok, but no facilities like gym and swimming pool

My stay was quite pleasant, but it was a shame the balcony was locked. The room was comfortable, and the kitchen appliances, water dispenser, and refrigerator were all in good condition and functioning well. The design of the room and living room was also excellent, making me feel quite at home.

I booked here because it had a balcony. It turns out the balcony couldn't be opened for safety reasons. The toilets were too narrow, especially the toilets being positioned very close to the wall. The floor drain in the dry toilet area was also improper, causing water to pool. Cleanliness was mediocre. The furniture needed upgrading. And the most annoying part was that there was only one elevator, which resulted in terrible queues when it was fully booked.
