Okay, nice design, comfortable, quiet.

First time trying there and was very happy there was a swimming pool, supermarket, cash machine, cafe, the room was spacious and had a balcony.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I had a very good impression.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

The location is in the city center, but the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work properly and there is 1 lift that can't be accessed using the hotel card.

I arrived at 14:00 the room was only ready at 15:00, but the staff was friendly and apologized for the delay. The swimming pool was also dirty as if it had not been drained. For the others it was okay.

Stayed here twice.. what's a bit unpleasant is that it's not soundproof and I happened to have neighbors who were so noisy that they brought their little kids running around at night.

Stayed 2 nights, booked an apartment type. Alhamdulillah the room was comfortable, spacious, the facilities were an electric kettle, refrigerator, TV, AC there were 3. The only minus was that the balcony door couldn't be opened, I asked the receptionist and they said there was no key. Then there was no hot water in the bathroom. Oh yeah, I got a view of the grave, it's a bit scary if you see the grave at night.

The queen bed was OK, but the 140 size bed was very uncomfortable.

Need deposit 100rb. Check out long waiting to check the room.

suitable for family vacation,, note A little disappointed in the apps request early check in request,, TPI when I arrived there was no response, just said check in at 2 o'clock, the front office said,, I understand check-in at 2 o'clock, TPI at least there is no sense of effort, wait a minute, I'll check in first, just said check in at 2 o'clock, I've stayed at other hotels but not this Rude,,, good view,, can see the cemetery from a height, first experience really happy to get a view

I really like it because the smart TV has Netflix. The AC is strong and cold. The amenities are quite good. But when I stayed in the queen bed, there was a little yellow stain on the sheet. Too bad I don't have a photo of it. But overall it's good, and I will stay here again if I go to Surabaya

The FO staff upon arrival were not very friendly, only given the room number without being told which floor. Luckily there was a hotel staff who helped in the elevator. When we arrived at the room, the room key did not work properly, the staff helped us several times until it finally worked. Called the FO 3x but no one answered to ask for the room key. In the afternoon, we tried again and it was answered. Usually when we call the FO, the first call is answered immediately. The AC works well. We thought that with the kitchen there would be cooking utensils and a stove, but there wasn't. The room is big enough for a family. The room is quite clean, it's just that on the last day, the folds in the open blanket looked dirty and there were blood stains ☹️. Very unfortunate. Overall the room is clean, there is Netflix, and there is also a swimming pool.
