The employees are very friendly and polite, the room we stayed in was clean. Alhamdulillah, my husband and I enjoyed staying at the Wisata Hotel. I've been in Medan Dumai 3 times and still stay at Wisata because I feel comfortable, I want to buy breakfast close by, what else to buy lunch or dinner, everything is close. Then the 3rd floor ac is hot, the water is also a problem. Asked to move rooms, at first it was said to be full.
