The staff were friendly and very helpful, the hotel was also nice and did not disappoint at all.

The place is nice, close to the Baiturrahman Mosque, the room is nice, the bathroom is nice and has hot water. The only downsides are there are black spots on the blanket (it doesn't smell and doesn't have any effect on the skin but it's quite disturbing to look at), there's no shampoo but soap and toothbrush are provided, and lastly, the wifi was out for a few hours while I was staying.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, not very clean, the AC sink is leaking.. But the work is friendly
