Location is far away. Room is not as advertised. Checked in next to the elevator, in front of the room the underground car park is very noisy. Contacted the rental place but got no response or resolution. 😡😡😡

Mình thuê 1 ngày (thứ 7-CN) căn duplex với giá có thể nói rẻ nhất khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh trong phân khúc dịch vụ cho thuê căn hộ theo ngày và được host sắp xếp vào phòng 404, quản lý tên Q và 2 anh bảo vệ rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn. Toà nhà được xây theo hình thức chia thành nhiều loại phòng, các loại căn hộ dịch vụ được host cho thuê từ ngắn đến dài hạn, khá nhiều người ra vào, nên sẽ không được yên tĩnh lắm, bù lại tòa nhà mới, sạch sẽ, có thang máy, gần chợ, khu dân cư và đầy đủ tiện ích xung quanh, nhưng cực kì an ninh vì luôn có nhân viên trực 24/7. Phòng 404 mình thuê dạng duplex 1 tầng, sạch, rộng, thoáng, nhưng điểm trừ về mặt trang bị nội thất, không có ti vi, không có tủ lạnh, không có bất kì dụng cụ nấu nướng cơ bản và ăn uống ở khu vực bếp, nệm mỏng được đặt dưới sàn nên couple chàng và nàng cần trang bị băng gối và 2 khuỷu tay. Tủ quần áo không có móc áo. Nhìn chung với tầm giá như vậy thì tuyệt vời với dạng phòng trọ, hostel cho thuê. Nhưng dạng căn hộ thì phần nội thất nên được bố trí cơ bản để những gia đình ở xa khi thuê ngắn ngày thuận tiện sinh hoạt hơn, và khách cũng sẽ sẵn sàng chi thêm ngân sách, cũng như chọn bên này ưu tiên hàng đầu khi có nhu cầu thuê. Cực kỳ gợi ý cho các bạn sinh viên, nhân viên văn phòng, gia đình nhỏ, bạn bè tụ tập…
