Even though it's in a small alley, it's worth it. Minus the parking lot. The staff are all nice. Thank you.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the food and service are excellent. The staff are also very helpful. The facilities are quite complete. A room on the 6th or 7th floor offers stunning views of Surabaya city at night and in the morning.

Seriously, the room is very comfortable for me, spacious and clean too. The food is quite delicious. The TV is also big, it's a smart TV that can do YouTube and Netflix too.

The hotel is nice, but parking is difficult. There's valet service, but you have to queue.

Keep improve, keep flexible, and keep variety

The room ambiance is homey and modern, although not very large. Complete amenities are replaced daily (if you feel they don't need to be replaced daily, just ask housekeeping). Mineral water is provided in the hallway, you can freely fill it. Tea, coffee, and sugar are complete and refilled daily. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but honestly, the taste is not very satisfying. When I stayed, it might have been less delicious. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop that is suitable for small children or a beautiful dip while enjoying the sunset. An aesthetic and Instagrammable cafe is also on the top floor. The reception and restaurant service are good, but there are not many smiles.

(+) The service is quite good, the staff is friendly (+) The room is comfortable, clean, and fragrant (+) Room service, the oxtail soup menu is really delicious (-) Only the food variety is not much because during the 4 days of staying the menu is the same like food that is heated every day (-) The parking lot is small so you have to valet, so it's a bit complicated if you want to get in and out (-) The hotel location is not strategic.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and I've always had a pleasant stay at Aston in Surabaya, Lombok, and Jogja. Everything was very satisfying.

The AC in room 263 was not working properly, so we were helped to move to another room.

Perfect for transit. The hotel smells good and allows for a good night's sleep.

The rooms are clean, the food is all delicious, the only downside is the location is a bit in the alley.
