Disappointing service, I booked 2 nights, but the next day the room wasn't cleaned. There was no information about the room cleaning deadline, even though it was said to be cleaned when we left, and they answered "okay, sis." My rights as a hotel guest feel neglected? 1. Towels not replaced 2. Trash not thrown away 3. Mineral water not provided 4. Room not cleaned when asked, the receptionist said they had informed housekeeping. Here I think it's like shifting the blame when it's their internal. The service is so bad that guest rights are neglected.

The hotel is clean, the place is comfortable, not noisy, it's easy to find food, with that price it's quite cheap. Next time, God willing, I'll stay again when I go to Palembang.
