The hotel room was comfy and the staff's hospitality was warm and welcoming, plus they assisted with my needs during my stay.

Strategic location, perfect for those holding events at ICE. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi and AC are secure. There is a TV although it doesn't support Netflix, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser in the corridor so it's easy to refill drinking water. Bathroom amenities are also complete. Hot water is running. The only downside is the stairs before the lobby and the minimalist room, so if you bring a lot of large suitcases it might be a bit of a hassle (but there are staff to help carry things to the lobby so it's not too much of a problem). Overall, I would stay here again if I have the chance later 😊

The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a refrigerator, and is close to Aeon BSD.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere is great. It's close to ICE BSD, AEON Mall, and the train station, making it a great place to stay during events at ICE. I've stayed here three times, and it's also perfect for families.

A modest but comfortable hotel. Great if you are intending to visit ICE BSD for an event. The staff is the strongest asset of the hotel. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable enough. Surprisingly though, they do not offer any creamer with the complementary coffee sachets. It was not a problem to ask for some though. Housekeeping would oblige by getting some from the restaurant. An extremely enjoyable stay.

Very close to my daughter's boarding house. Near to Kopi Nako & PrasMul. Not a big hotel but unique & comfortable. The hotel is very clean & safe because the lift has an access card. The price is not expensive.

The hotel is located near the ICE BSD building, precisely behind Halls 9-10, so it's just a short walk. For a small hotel, the breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The rooms are also clean. There are also many eateries nearby.

Not a big hotel, but they have all the facilities you’d need. From a common dining area, a small gym, to a laundry room with an iron board. The location is within walking distance from ICE (enter through the back entrance of ICE). The room size is quite spacious. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast tastes surprisingly good!

Strategic location and easy access. Safe and comfortable environment, close to AEON BSD. Nearby are coffee shops, food stalls, and minimarkets. Note: Add access for luggage to the lobby; no stairs at all.

The location is unique, nestled between buildings and cafes. The hotel is clean and should be improved. I haven't tried the food yet.
