Location is good, at this time the hotel quite new, clean enough, staff are okay, facilities okay, parking space not so big but enough.

The stay is very bad , the room is dirty and noisy . There is an dead insect in the corner of the room . Unhappy with my stay currently. Hooe to ask fo a change of room tommorrow, very disappointing

The room is clean and the staff is friendly plus the location is strategic. Only 5 minutes drive to Jonker Street.

Everything was perfect…spacious room and comfort bed.

Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable stay & love the interior & vibes in the hotel. I also love the cafeteria concept! Wished there 's a convenient store/some halal stores nearby.

Very nice and spacious hotel with a budget friendly price.

The place is very nicely designed and pretty. My kids love it! The staff is also friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the limited carpark spaces behind the hotel. There is alternative parking opposite but its abit hard to cross the road as the hotel is located at a turn right busy junction.

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, namun untuk ke area red square masih berjarak -+1 KM dan belum support trotoar yang layak untuk pejalan kaki.

Ancient hotel, very beautiful. Large bedroom, high ceilings, clean bathroom. All staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Feels like being at home.

Sangat menikmati menginap di sini. Karena dekat dengan Jonker Walk, cukup berjalan kaki kurang lebih 15 menit.

I was impressed by the size of the family room, it was like a studio apartment size. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, when we came the room was not ready, and when we came back the staff mentioned that she already turned the AC on. 😍 really happy came to chilled room after the heat of jonker street.

The room and toilet is not cleaned. There were unpleasant smell.

First night was pretty OK, staffs are friendly at the front desk and everything went OK. However during the second day, when we went back to the room around 10plus, our room was cleaned up! I didn't request for a room clean at all! I have many valuable items in the room, in the event something is missing, who is going to take responsible? All my passports and ic are in my bed which I left it in the room, wat happen if one of your staff took a picture of our details and use it somewhere else? Is this the type of service the hotel is providing? Going into people room without their permission is not acceptable at all! Also, there is a cockroach found alive in our room! I was totally not expecting that as I have stayed in many hotels before and none of it has a cockroach in their rooms! Furthermore, there's a lizard shit found on the bed as well. After which, we called the front desk to send someone up to get rid of the cockroach as well as changing of the bedsheet. I was surprised they didn't provide service recovery at all, not even an apology to us! This really make me very disappointed as I have seen many good review about this hotel but this happens.
