This is a place I've stayed at many, many times. The facilities are great, the reception staff are excellent, the location is convenient, and parking for motorbikes or cars is easy. It's opposite a lake, so the air is fresh and pleasant.

To be sure, I proactively contacted the hotel the day before so I was given very enthusiastic instructions. Actually, it was written that I could check in at 3pm but because the previous guest left early, I was able to check in at 1pm. The view is unquestionable, I chose a regular room but it still had a very nice balcony. The room was also super fully equipped, I only stayed 1 night so I didn't ask for cooking utensils from A to Z or anything. In general, based on my personal experience, with this amount of money, I think it's very worth it. I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again next December so I will definitely book this place again.

Lotte is a beautiful place to visit, the space is pleasing to the eye. However, the price is a bit high for the experience.

Clean room. Enthusiastic staff. There is a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby which is quite convenient. The view of the lake is quite airy. Will come back when I have the chance.

Cheap price but super convenient room.

I booked a room from 3 pm but by 6 am I was about to check in, the hotel told me that the room was full and asked me to cancel the room?? After arguing for a while, she said that so she could cancel another guest's reservation and told me that it was 7:30 last night because you had to call housekeeping. Oh, so I thought when I first reported the room was full, my room had to be cleaned?? But why is it that after reluctantly admitting yourself, then what is the point of hiring a cleaner? Not to mention the room didn't have enough stuff. There is no hair dryer, no toothpaste, 1 brush is not sealed, so I don't know if it's new or not. In general, the room price is not cheap but I am not satisfied with anything. Bad service

Mọi thứ ổn. Phòng tuy 40m2 nhưng đồ đạc khá nhiều nên cảm giác không rộng lắm. Bát đũa ít + không có búi rửa bát nên rửa bát rất vất vả. Nên có thêm cái muôi múc cách, muôi thủng ăn lẩu, rổ nhựa nhỏ và thùng rác ở nhà bếp. Nhân viên thân thiện. Sạch sẽ.

Quiet, private, clean, fully equipped space. Friendly employee.
