The staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect. The food is okay. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was quite slippery, so care is needed. The room was also quite small for two travelers with four bags. Additionally, the pillows were too high and too firm. We stayed for four nights, and this caused noticeable neck discomfort.

The room was nice and clean, I didn't try the breakfast because I left for Sapa before the breakfast schedule, but they prepared breakfast in a box containing bananas, bread, jam and eggs... The service was very good...

The hotel is beautiful, in a good location, and conveniently situated. The reception staff are friendly and cheerful. Although the lobby is a bit small, it still has plenty of large sofas for guests to relax on. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities.

The room is a bit small, but everything else is exactly as pictured, new, clean, basic, and perfectly suitable for a middle-class person. The only downside is the FPT TV, which often has app issues; it crashes after watching YouTube for a short while. The location is convenient, right on the pedestrian street. I will definitely return.

My wife and I wanted to try a different hotel for a change of scenery. Since I'm from Hanoi, I didn't know any good hotels, so I randomly chose the 3T Hotel because it had a discount and included breakfast. What impressed me most upon entering the hotel was the cozy atmosphere and the welcoming staff. The room wasn't very soundproof, but the interior space was enough to make me feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service, and there were a few dishes I liked. Eating breakfast on the balcony felt more relaxing. Thank you to the hotel for giving my wife and me a memorable weekend.
