The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, recommending places to eat, buy souvenirs, booking transportation for sightseeing, and even arranging airport transfers. I was worried about my parents from my hometown being ripped off or overcharged… but the two experiences were excellent. NO ADDITIONAL FEES!!! Oh, the breakfast buffet was really delicious and varied. The hot dishes were prepared by the staff at the counter, not pre-prepared, making it very easy to eat, especially for someone from Central Vietnam like my mother visiting the North for the first time. The room was clean and well-equipped, but a bit small; there was no room left outside when we left our suitcases. That's the only minor drawback. I will definitely return if I visit Hanoi again.

The hotel is located right on the main road, quite close to attractions such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The staff are enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, and although the breakfast has few options, I found it delicious to my liking.

Stayed there based on friend’s recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Location by the busy road but it was quiet in the room. Only 1km walk to busy old quarter area. Many food stalls nearby. Front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The room is big, all facilities work well. So many charging spaces in the room and they have a refrigerator & hair dryer in the room too. Very thoughtful. Some staff are very helpful and some are not. Minus the room not being soundproof. But the food is amazing! Will recommend others.

The staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect. The food is okay. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was quite slippery, so care is needed. The room was also quite small for two travelers with four bags. Additionally, the pillows were too high and too firm. We stayed for four nights, and this caused noticeable neck discomfort.

The room was nice and clean, I didn't try the breakfast because I left for Sapa before the breakfast schedule, but they prepared breakfast in a box containing bananas, bread, jam and eggs... The service was very good...

The hotel is beautiful, in a good location, and conveniently situated. The reception staff are friendly and cheerful. Although the lobby is a bit small, it still has plenty of large sofas for guests to relax on. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities.

Great location and easy access. There are food vendors around the hotel.

The room is a bit small, but everything else is exactly as pictured, new, clean, basic, and perfectly suitable for a middle-class person. The only downside is the FPT TV, which often has app issues; it crashes after watching YouTube for a short while. The location is convenient, right on the pedestrian street. I will definitely return.
