Selected Room: Two of a Kind Pros: Close to Farrer Park MRT. You don't have to worry about rain if you want to get to the MRT because there's shade along the way to the MRT. Across from the hotel is City Square Mall, and there's direct access to the mall's basement via the MRT station. The room I chose has a kitchen and refrigerator, complete with pots, spoons, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc., so you can cook and wash dishes. There's also a drinking water filter dispenser on each floor. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel. The room windows are large and there's plenty of lighting, so it's not dim. It's also great for applying makeup because the lights aren't all yellow. Cons: There's a TV in the room I chose (if I'm not mistaken, not all room types have TVs), but it's not a smart TV that can directly connect to YouTube or other channels. Instead, you have to connect your phone to the TV, like mirroring it. Not all room types have their own refrigerator, so you have to share a small one with others on the same floor. No breakfast. No porter. The room is cleaned lightly every 3 days (change towels, mats, hand towels, take out trash), deep cleaning if I'm not mistaken every 7 days. The bathroom is quite small.

The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room has a jet shower and a nice view. It’s also really close to the MRT station and the mall, which makes getting around so easy. I was pleasantly surprised that I could check in earlier without any extra charge. The hotel is perfect for those traveling in groups (girls' trips) or with family. It has a kitchen, and each guest still has privacy and a private room, but it's connected to a shared area for dining and activities. Laundry is available on the ground floor—self-service and payable. A gym is also available. The location is right next to the MRT and in front of a mall. Very convenient.

Near the center, only about 5 minutes walk to MRT, clean

The room is not too big but comfortable enough, very reasonable layout. Friendly staff, can borrow umbrellas if it rains, support late check out if needed. The shared kitchen is super big like a professional kitchen. There are very comfortable common sitting corners. The room soundproofing is ok, can hear people talking outside but can't hear each other in the rooms. Location near MRT train, bus station, quite convenient to move around.

The place was so great, across from a mall. So easy to grab some food at the resto in the mall.

The room is comfortable, there are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Each room has a separate toilet and bathroom and most importantly there is a bidet. In the type I occupied there is a pantry, microwave, cutlery, mini fridge and induction stove. Quite soundproof, close to MRT Farrer park, and City Square point mall. For a 3-day stay, only light cleaning is provided and for a 7-day stay, deep cleaning is provided, it has been explained at the beginning of the stay, if you want amenities, ask the receptionist at the beginning. The concept is Co-living apartments. There is also a paid laundry, and a pantry that can be used together. A pleasant experience staying with family at Lyf Farrer Park Hotel.

Very homey atmosphere, only 70m to MRT, across from the mall, only 700m to the 3meals a day branch..

No TV in latest stay. The last time I came, on a longer period of time, I was given One of a Kind Studio inclusive of TV at high floor. This time there was none.

The room was pleasantly clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The location is near most tourist spots, and within the area, there are a lot of food places to choose from.

They have a 24-hour reception, so there was no issue when I had to check in at midnight. The check-in staff was very friendly. The laundry room was very useful (had to do quick ironing and it was free). The room space is compact but sufficient for one person. Comfy bed and pillow.

Spacious and clean room. Location is near mrt n bus station. Only downside is the shower on the 2nd n 3rd day the hot water didn't work. Other than that everything is good.

There is a mall across the street and many shops and eateries around. The MRT station is just next door, so you can reach all of Singapore from here.

Strategic location for going anywhere, very close to Farrer Park MRT station, just walk for 2 minutes 😉, for my family I chose the two of a kind type with 2 rooms, plus a toilet with a bidet, the best and most modern hotel, next time I go to Singapore I will return to Lyf Farrer Park Hotel 👍🏻.
