This was a nice hotel for a layover. It is next to the AirPort Express train Kumitori stop. It has elevators for luggage if you have a big case. Family Mart off train. 5 minute walk to hotel. Staff was very nice, easy check in. Small rooms but this is the norm in Japan. Breakfast was mostly for locals, not expat taste. Only two hours to get breakfast til 08:30, kind of early for jet lagged tourists. The scrambled eggs were like soup. I had donuts from Family mart. All in all it was not bad, worth it for one night or two.

Stayed here for one night before my flight out. It was so close to the airport. The room was very clean and would stay here again if in the area.

It is close to Kansai Airport. The carbonated spring bath is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a busy trip. The Welcome drinks every evening is a great way to end your day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Everything was wonderful. Stayed a couple of days with parents. Everyone working there were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, spa was a bonus!! Loved our stayed and definitely will be back when visiting Osaka.

The rooms were relatively small. Staffs and services were quite good.

The 'welcome drinks' a great touch & variety of choice excellent. Fabulous breakfast. Super helpful staff considering I don't speak Japanese.

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。15-20時にウェカムドリンクとして、1階でソフトドリンク飲み放題、更に18-20時には日本酒、ワインなどのアルコールも提供されており、非常に満足でした。2階の大浴場も、室内も快適でした。朝食も美味しかったです。もし、また熊取に行く際は是非、こちらのホテルに滞在したいです。

大阪市内で遊んだりしたい場合は少しアクセスが遠いですが、静かで、綺麗で良かったです。

歯磨き粉の量が少ない。 内容量の多い歯磨き粉か複数個置いたらどうでしょうか。 朝食事に食パン、ウィンナーが希望です。

綺麗なホテルでスタッフの対応もよく、とても良かったです。

毎回熊取方面で宿泊。風呂は、人工炭酸泉。それほど広くはない。６人くらいでいっぱい。朝食も、ついているのが嬉しい。

3度目のリピートです。遠くから大阪の病院へ朝の予約で来るので前泊しました。 隣や外の音はしないので静かでした。 お部屋は清潔です。空気清浄機も置いてあります。スマホ充電器もありました。 6-8時はドリンクが無料で飲めます。もちろんお酒類もあります。わたしは飲めませんが楽しめました。 狭いですが天然温泉が2階にあります。 朝は軽食が食べられます。 ビジネスホテルでは最高ではないですか？他へ行こうとは思わないです また、利用します！

大学受験の時に泊まった娘に薦められ、娘の引っ越しで２日間お世話になりました！ 1人での宿泊でしたが、夜中に温泉に入れるし、洗濯機や乾燥機も使えるため、便利でした。 ただ、1つだけ…近所にコンビニ以外の店が少なくて、夕飯がもっと色々楽しめたらと思いました！ 多分次に大阪行く時も利用すると思います！

炭酸水大浴場で疲れを癒せました。 朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。
