I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property is convenient, around shopping area, restaurant. Lift from G to 1 floor does not work, we had to carry our luggage upstairs. staff did not provide any help, the lift is quite old style, very slow.& small. we are struggle to learn how to use it. The room we stayed for 3 nights was different, smaller, no sofa that compare with the picture they advertised. Towel are worn out. It does not worth for $300Aust per night

The property is beautifully designed enhancing the traditional architecture with contemporary touches that make a definitive statement. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great with easy access to Las Ramblas, shopping and the Gothic Quarters, etc. Highly recommend it! Great Value.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are nice as well as the common area. The location is also perfect and close to a lot of attractions, otherwise metro is just 2 minutes away. Perfect for bigger groups and family while renting more rooms. However, we did have issues with the check in as the reception was not open due to COVID and we arrived at 18.30. The instruction how to get the key card was not clear and we had troubles with the key cards too. It took almost 1 1/2 hours to settle down everything. Besides, we were not informed that they do not serve breakfast due to COVID until we check in but can have breakfast 300m away in another hotel. We tried the breakfast 1 morning and it was nice, but too much hassle to go there in the morning with kids and elderly. We were compensated with a small amount but would prefer having breakfast. Lastly, the wall is very thin and you can hear everything. One night, there is a fight in one of the room and the police came and we could hear every single word but as it was Spanish we didn’t understand. This new hotel has a lot of potential and i am sure the hotel will fix the minor issues and COVID is just a pain. We will love to come back after COVID!

清潔さ、スタッフの対応はかなり良かった。 施設内も静かで、とても快適に過ごせた。 部屋のトイレの排水が、連続して流すことが出来ないだけで、そのほかは全て良かった。

Hôtel magnifique style plus airbnb. Chambre très grande et très propre située au deuxième étage pour y accéder. Accueil très amicale et facile, nous avions la chambre pour 4 avec coin cuisine micro onde, grille pain et frigo disponible. Deux salles de bains complètes parfaites pour 4 personnes. La surprise un coin salon où on pouvait avoir café, eau et quelques biscottes et bonbons pour les clients qui vraiment upgrade le séjour. Le seule petit bémol est qu’il n’y a pas de coffret de sécurité dans la chambre ce qui ferait de notre séjour la perfection. Mais vraiment hôtel formidable, très bien placé pour tout visiter et les hôtes sont vraiment extraordinaire. Je recommande.

우리가 도착한 날은 바르셀로나 전체가 정전으로 마비된 상황이었어요. 통신도 안 되고 엘리베이터도 멈춘 상태였지만, 호스트가 짐 3개 중 하나를 직접 들어주며 도와주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 정전으로 인해 보안이 걱정되었는데, 문 앞에서 지켜주시며 안전하게 배려해주신 점도 인상 깊었습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 공용 공간도 넉넉하고 쾌적해서 여유롭게 머물 수 있는 곳이었어요. 다만 정전으로 인해 그 공간을 제대로 이용하지 못한 건 아쉬움으로 남아요. 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 친절히 보관해주셔서 마지막 일정까지 편하게 다닐 수 있었어요. 위치도 정말 훌륭해요. 카탈루냐 광장, 까사 바트요, 까사 밀라 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있었고, 주변에 맛집도 많고, 숙소 바로 아래엔 작은 식료품점과 빵집도 있어서 일상처럼 머무르기에 딱 좋은 곳이었어요. 불편한 상황 속에서도 따뜻하게 맞아주신 덕분에 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다.

シャワーのお湯が時間帯によって温かくないことがあるので、洗面台のお湯がでるのを確認してから入った方がが良いです あとは大満足
