Great location very convenient for bus to and from airport Staff fantastic Will stay again

We’ve been away from home traveling and cruising throughout Europe since March 28th. By far, this hotel has provided the best accommodations. The staff is also superb and breakfast was delicious!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bilbao.

I was able to get into the spa the same day I arrive - they open until 9pm - what a treat - great massage. The front desk is friendly and professional. I didn’t eat here but my colleague did and said it was great. The room was impeccably clean and super quiet - I hadn’t slept for a few nights and was able to sleep comfortably until mid morning. Very minimalistic but elegant design.

Room was perfect, bigger than I expected. Shower was one of the best hotel showers I've ever used. Really nice experience in the Spa (extra cost for that)

Central location, easy walking distance to everything. Room clean and spacious, modern, updated decor. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again.

It was my second stay with this hotel. This time, the coffee machine was out of order ( they said they will fix it next day )and the scale was also not working which was not fixed even in next day. Floor towel was missing when checked in in the first day. Ali, the staff who was always very helpful, sent to the room swiftly.

Comfy room and beds with quiet air con. Nice shower room. The rooftop pool was disappointing. It is very small. The terrace is nice but can get busy as only 10 sun beds. The parking cost 25 euros a night, which was by far the most expense on our trip. No idea where hotels.com got the idea it was free as stated in the listing.

We were staying at this property during The Semana grande. The, experience of watching a firework show every night from the Hotel’s rooftop bar, while drinking complementary cava was a highlight of our evening for 5 straight nights. Hotel pool, overlooking the entire city is another highlight, our children absolutely loved it and we could relax there as a family for a few hours every day, in between morning and evening adventures.
