Very clean and nice, great location and staff. Nice pool Exceeded expectations!

Room is much smaller than the picture. No water available, water was too hot to shower. Barely any light to get dressed only in the bathroom.

Rooms are clean, staff is pleasant and always willing to assist

I have been staying for 2 nights. The room is pretty small, with a small window facing the ne xt building, which is so close you think you could touch it. But for the amount paid, you can't expect too much. It is clean and in pretty new refurbished condition. The staff is polite and kind. The big downside, in my opinion, is the lack of signs inside the building indicating which level you are on or the direction to Reception. This is a basic need to find your way around when you are new to the place.

The freedom hotel is a great budget friendly hotel its walking distance to the queem emma bridge its clean and comfortable

No the ocean was not visible from the room. It's was not visible unless you spend $40 for a taxi to take you to the beach.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I was alone and felt safe and liked the small property size. Staff were wonderful..Edgar was the 1st to greet me at check in and was a bright and wonderful person that was there for any questions i had! . Room was small but perfect for me! I was so happy ti see how clean it was ( the whole hotel was!) Wifi was great throughout the property. Pool was fabulous- clean and had the best and most comfortable lounge chairs! Loved Emmanuel- sweetest man keeping the pool area clean!!❤️ Food was limited to buffet type breakfast and some lunch options up to 2pm. I tried a few things - all were delicious and fresh!! I wish they offered same options after 2pm. **Just across the street is a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and great food - so everything worked out great!! * only one mirror in bathroom with no power socket to dry hair.... so i had to do it in bedroom with no mirror... small issue - no big deal! I feel I found my " home" in Curacao when I return! I used to stay at expensive resorts...not any more! The Freedom Hotel will be my 1st choice in accommodations! ❤️THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF! The outside was not what we expected it looked warn . However inside it was very nice the staff was so friendly. Especially Ivan . We were stuck in Miami 9 hours after we checked out and the staff allowed us to stay in the lobby. That make our selection of this hotel all the better. We were not happy about using 60,000 points when we talked to others that used 40k

Pontos positivos: funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã gostoso. Quarto limpo. Localização ótima, dá pra fazer tudo andando pelo centro. Pontos negativos: péssimo isolamento acústico no corredor do quarto 40 (não dormi ouvindo tudo que se passava acima e do lado de fora, na rua). Banheiro poderia estar mais limpo.

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. The location is fantastic and there are lots of things within walking distance and amazing art all around the area. We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a change in our flight due to the weather. This may have played a roll in the room we received. We stayed in the orange building at the end of the hall (Maybe room 503). Our room had a window that faced the street with the casino. We didn’t know about the casino or the shops nearby until we arrived. It seemed fine for one night and we didn’t spend more than a few minutes in the room before heading out to explore the city. When we returned to the room later, there was music coming from the casino that shook the walls and made it almost impossible to sleep. It was blaring after 10pm. We were completely exhausted and very sleep deprived and had ear plugs so we were able to get some rest, but think it is important for others to know about this. Even with earplugs we could hear the music shaking the room. We didn’t want to ask for a room change after 10pm on Friday night, as we figured there was probably nothing the staff could do. We really liked the hotel and the location, and maybe another room in a building away from the casino would have been more enjoyable or perhaps it is much noisier on a Friday night.

The staff was fantastic!! Edgar, Suki, Lisa and Rigainey were my favorites throughout our stay! Our room was small, yet clean. It was really all the space we needed since we were off exploring the island during the day. We chose to have our own personal bathroom. It was super small but the water was hot! The hotel offers breakfast everyday from 7-10, which had a nice variety to choose from. You can even get a latte or other expresso drinks throughout the day in the main lobby. There is a small, yet nice pool with plenty of hanging chairs and beds to take in as much sun as you can possibly want. I would stay here again the next time we return to the island.

Esta muy cerca del centro 5 min caminando No hacen el aseo, las paredes parecen de carton y casi no sale agua.

Falta de estrutura no café da manhã, poucos funcionários para o grande movimento, reposição lenta de pratos,potes para salada de frutas e alimentos.O café é servido num copo,que às vezes também acabava e muitos hóspedes bebiam café em copo de suco. Não há xícaras.Todos os dias o cardápio é o mesmo.O chão do quarto estava sujo e embora tivéssemos reclamado, a limpeza não melhorou. Não houve arrumação do quarto em um dos dias.O chuveiro era ruim,com pouco fluxo de água. A água da piscina era turva, o que desaconselhava o banho de piscina. Enfim, muitos problemas para um hotel que tem potencial para ser excelente.
